  1. Weeks was already used as a pinch hitter for Suppan
  2. It didn't have to. Weeks had been hitting very well for a couple months now. All you do by changing managers is switch one set of dumb decisions for another.Get real. Did you watch the cubs series? Durham felt like a leader out there to me
  3. I'm sorry, but I do not understand the obsession with Jason Kendall. What would it have hurt to have pinch-hit for him there and give him 3 1/2 innings off??
  4. Its late sept. man and he is a veteran trying to get this team to the postseason. 6 games in a row is not that much. I would bet that Ray would say the same thing. Stuff happens
  5. To quote Dusty Baker, "It's called hitting, dude, not walking."My bad. I forgot someone told Hall that he was playing slowpitch softball
  6. God forbid you don't swing at ball 4 there Hall and actually do something to help your team
  7. Coupla slams and we're right back in this thing
  8. I just paused it on dvr as it crossed the plate and it was a good half foot outside. Losing Durham is not good. He's our hottest bat next to Prince and a pretty good defender
  9. This is just setting us up to return the favor from yesterday
  10. C'mon guys - lets get 2 or 3 right here and get back in this thing
  11. I don't know how people seem to think they know so much about Sveum - give the guy a chance. You ask me, he made all the right moves in Chicago
  12. OK, bring on any negative vibes that pertain to Suppan. He is an absolute joke
  13. Staying positive...staying positive...staying positive...its early
  14. Man, it sure would be nice to see someone of the Brewers do that
  15. Ray is swingin a hot stick! And apparently some slow legs. Watch Braun go yard now
  16. I know BrewCityUnit to be true to his word
  17. I missed it, but if it was bad I'm guessing Jim Powell let the listeners know how he felt about ithttp://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif
  18. I love it! I have a friend that looks and acts a lot like Jason Lee (at least how he is in My Name is Earl) and it cracks me up every time I see him
  19. I will say this - if the Brewers are going to go on a tear these last 9 games and storm into the postseason, they really need Braun to be Braun again. They really started to swing the bats in Chicago and if he can get back to being himself they could really roll. He seemed to be heading out of his slump yesterday
  20. I guess that means after CC wins tomorrow we can go for the sweep sunday with Big Red
