just saw the postseason pitching line for Wolf crawl by on the TBS ticker...3 touchdowns isn't that bad, right?

so this postseason, the 1,2, and 5 spots in the order (Braun and Fielder's "protection" and RBI opportunities) have pretty much been brutal, while the #6,7, and 8 spots have been tearing it up. baseball's so weird.

what's with the 1st pitch swinging by Braun and Fielder tonight? Kotsay walks on four pitches then Braun swings at a tough pitch to hit right away... I 2nd the Smoltz commentary - both Smoltz and Darling are pretty good, and it's great having former pitchers/players in the booth who excelled in the field able to describe their points well enough for almost anyone to understand.
