  1. ja002h Branyan could be the answer, IMO. I think he and Prince could be the first teammates to each hit 60 homers in a season.
  2. LV Brewer fan Moeller... I dunno if you can blame him. Fields just made a HECK of a play.
  3. batman Yup. I'm in favor of Wise at this point - he has started in the past, and he's had success. The curve also seems to be coming back, too.
  4. I'm just as worried about this. To be honest, Matt Wise OR de la Rosa might have to move to the 5th spot, with Capuano becoming the #3 starter and Obermueller/Glover going to the 4th spot.
  5. Agreed. Move Cpauano to the 3 spot, and think a LOT about keeping Santos at the 5 spot. The first half of `04 is looking like a fluke.
  6. Make it three straight for me... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif The question about Matt Wise and de la Rosa seeming to be out of the running for the rotation was mine. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  7. I suggested bringing it in 25 or 30 feet. They were wondering if they could make a retractable wall...
  8. Hate to say it, but... it's so... It was kinda neat to hear them discuss my idea for bringing the right-field wall in (to benefit Russ Branyan and Prince Fielder in 2006). But the way this game ended makes it very bittersweet...
  9. What a RIPOFF!!!! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif Losing on interference!!??
  10. Oh, and they ripped off JJ Hardy... triple and an error? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif
  11. Capellan getting shelled. Well, he could close. Be a dominating closer, but as a starter... I dunno if that's gonna happen. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/ohwell.gif
  12. Capellan is just dealing... He's BLOWN two away.
  13. Yeah... the way I see it, it was better than a strikeout. But I hope Butch chews out Carlos for goin' after the first pitch.
  14. Carlos gets a run in... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/ohwell.gif
  15. Not me... but somehow, I think Dusty Baker is going to more than suffice when it comes to the Cubs pitching staff. Will the Cubs have the highest PAP total this year?
  16. If he doesn't want it, I'll be happy to ADOPT it. EDIT: My e-mail was just mentioned at 5:15 PM.
  17. That was my e-mail they mentioned... when they said someone wanted Capuano's XBox... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  18. Cappy, Obermueller, and de la Rosa have just been lights out this spring... And Cappy's pickoff move... WOW!
  19. Yeah... I just wonder if the umps will start calling balks. If a pickoff move is just too good, it will be called a balk. Just ask Doug Davis... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif
  20. Capuano with TWO pickoffs? Filthy pickoff move... I wonder if umps will start calling balks on him. Look what they did to Doug Davis during that time against the Cubs when Davis' move was just too good... They called it a balk. A balk, I suppose, is defined as a pcikoff move that is just TOO good.
  21. Don't tell me about fouls off the foot... Loretta missed a MONTH after doing that once... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif
  22. I saw Haren pitch when he was with the Potomac Cannons a couple years ago (2002, IIRC). Dominated back then.
  23. Capellan's got stuff, it's just inconsistent. Sometimes he just can't be hit, sometime he hangs a curve to Troy Glaus.
  24. Win one... lose one. Well, it beats losing two. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/grin.gif
  25. Brushbacks... EDIT: Ugh... runners on second and third, one out, and they can't get the run in...
