  1. My bold prediction for this 2 game series: in one of the games, we will score 9 or more runs
  2. man i just looked at that bug crawling around on your avatar for a good 5 minutes straight...
  3. 12-7... i hope this means you are a nostradamus of some sort and you know the brewers will win tonight... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif but i couldn't agree with your points any more
  4. Just wanted to give at update now that we are 2/3 done with april. and i needed something to make myself feel better after that awful game yesterday the highest prediction was fib4brew with a 16-11 prediction. right now, the crew is 11-7. a 4-3 homestand and a split against the cubs in the first 2 games of that series = 16-11, which i think would make most people here pretty happy. i think that 1 5-4 record to close out april is a worse case scenario, considering 7 or the 9 are at home... cheer up people! and here's to a homestand that breaks several brewers out of theuir slumps!
  5. 2 in a row... and wont sniff webgems tonight
  6. "i've got a bad feeling about this..." (7th guest)
  7. i think this is the perfect line up for tonight. bold prediction: gross has at least one extra base hit.
  8. Party at the zoo? party at the zoo indeed. a good old UWM sorority formal dance tonight... i used to work there as my summer job in college, but i still will bartend parties and wedding receptions when they need me. it's good for some extra cash and free booze (shh) and by the way, i worked as a concessions supervisor, a caterer and bartender. i did not clean out cages... lol
  9. i get to miss the game tonight. where i am bartending, there are no TV's... at least i have my phone to give me some updates...
  10. I would love to join you guys for the game, but I will be at the Zoo (yes, the Zoo) until probably 12:30am. But what to do afterwards... hmm
  11. shouse threw 1 pitch. why not keep him in. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  12. i just noticed, rivera looks nothing like his gameday pic.
  13. prince homered! i dont even care if gagne blows this save... (blue font)
  14. i'm glad i was wrong, and i'm even more glad we have brian freaking shouse
  15. i have a bad feeling about shouse today... and he's my boy http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif
  16. going to the game on wednesday as well, and i cant wait. and 1/2 price tickets on top of that = awesome!
  17. We were down 4 runs to the Mets on Sunday and won that one. Thats a valid point, but I didn't mean to imply that i get this feeling everytime they are down a few runs. against the mets, i didn't get that feeling because we had already knocked around perez a little bit and we threatened to score in pretty much every inning. what i meant is there are just those nights when the brewers hitters make an average pitcher look dominant. last night was one of those nights. there's a difference... you can just tell.
  18. i just hate feeling like even though we may be down 2 or 3 runs, i somtimes have absolutely zero confidence that we will put a rally together. as soon as runs 2 and 3 went up on the board for st. louis last night, my first thought was "game over", even though we still had 4 more innings left...
  19. bball. thanks. shows you just how i have no clue when it comes to medicine... and illegal drugs http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  20. dathoser- i really would like avoiding having to go to the doctor to see if i have sinus/allergy problems. who knows, it may be possibility, but i want to have to go there and have to get perscription drugs as a last resort. to this point, ive only taken basic tylenol, which is probably not very effective at all. so for right now, im looking for some medicine (like a dayquil or a sudafed or something) and im trying to find out whats the most effective one. there are so many options out there, and i need to know where to start. but thanks for the advice! so far, i have votes for tynenol cold and dayquil
  21. why do i have a feeling wainwright is going to dominate us? oh yeah, he is a right handed pitcher http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif carlos, please dominate the cards like you did in sept 06. pretty please???
