  1. 1. Baylor 2. Baylor 3. Second Round 4. Second Round 5. UNC, Texas, UCLA, Kansas 6. UNC over UCLA
  2. I gave up predictions as a part of my brewer pledges or whatever from the off season. As much as I want to say what I think and go through it game by game, I just can't. What I will say though is that I think much closer to Russ than to FIB4... Gosh this is hard...
  3. I don't want to hear Hall saying he think he can hit more than 35 HRs. To me, that translates into "I may just have a career year in strikeouts!"
  4. count me in!
  5. 1. i only eat boneless wings and i eat them with a fork. 4. i hate (with a passion) hot sauce and buffalo sauce. i prefer sweet over spicey. "wings are not supposed to be sweet ." says who? kind of a neat article, and for those of you who agree with his points, he probably sounds pretty funny. but in my opinion he is dead wrong about 1/2 of his article...
  6. I usually go with sweet BBQ, which is the lowest on the hot scale. I am also a fan of Carribbean Jerk and Honey BBQ. I've also tried Asian Zing and Mango Habenero, also good (but too hot for me)
  7. TGIFridays makes a pretty good boneless wing. You can get like 12 of them for $4 during happy hour. I get BBQ sauce, not wing sauce...
  8. 1. never done laundry once in my life (and yes, my clothes do get washed regularly) 2/3. dont have one 4. only bills 5. only use the blinker when completely necessary, or if i see a cop around 6. rarely leave a message 7. i usually wait for a dead spot, but if i am drunk and have to pee really bad, i will go at any time, but i will apologize 1000 times on the way 8. absolutely 10. if anything, i hope they mistakingly give me extra money
  9. it would probably be like when kramer is all hopped up on the caffeine from the cafe lattes. talking super fast, can barely understand him, bouncing around, speed walking... hilarious!
  10. Speaking of Gus Johnson, it's now March and he is announcing the Marquette/Georgetown game right now. Gotta love March Madness..... and Go Marquette
  11. Jessica Simpson Tom Brady Disagree with: Everybody Loves Raymond Napoleon Dynamite (Need to watch at least 2-3 times to get it. I didn't like it the first time, but every time I watch it, it gets better and better each time) Forrest Gump Bob Dylan LOTR
  12. I really dont know why, but reading that made me proud... haha
  13. I first had cingular (att) and switched to verizon because my calls would get dropped in 2 or 3 spots in Milwaukee EVERY time i drove through them (Hawley Rd and Bluemound was the biggest one). I ended up living in that area for a year, and therefore has to switch services because I got 0 service in my house. Verizon was the only provider that has has amazing signal everywhere I've gone. Every single thing about Verizon I love. I actually have a V3 Razr that I dont use anymore (upgraded to the voyager). I would be more than willing to sell you my phone for a really good price if you are able to use it...
  14. Indeed. Hard to think of anything that isn't better in HD though. I can think of a few sideline reporters that when they show up in HD.... YIKES!!!!!
  15. cant you just call and buy one for $8?
  16. Coerpers 5 O'Clock Chop House Mo's
  17. i've done the all-inclusive thing in punta cana (dominican republic). i would recommend it, although i'm sure there are better places to go. it was a decent price though... (roughly $1000 for 6 days - all inclusive)
  18. I started thinking about this while reading the article about Turnbow on brewers.com this morning. After reading that article, I really hope he bounces back this year and has a monster year. Sometimes I look back and think Turnbow was treated a bit unfairly by Brewer fans, and some of the blame for his inconsistancies last year should fall on the shoulders of the coaching staff (look at his splits with 0, 1, and 2+ days rest) So this is a 2-part question: Who do you want to bounce back and have a great year this year, both sentimentally and for the biggest impact on the Brewers in '08??? My 5 candidates: Turnbow Sheets Bill Hall Cappy For me, Sheets "bouncing back" (AKA staying healthy) is the biggest key to the Brewers success, and I personally want Turnbow to have a heck of a year and give Brewer fans confidence in him once again. What say you? EDIT: One question mark in the title suffices - b19
  19. Well I had it done, and it was a great success. I'll post the details tomorrow or Monday. Thanks again for all of the info/advice!!!
  20. if you can save up the money to pay for it in 1 year, you should still be able to get it done then choose 0 payments and 0 interest for the first year, which many places allow. You have to be able to save that amount of money though, and for a college student, that could be tough...
  21. I am having the procedure done tomorrow morning! Wish me luck!
  22. It might come back this fall, but most likely Jan 09
  23. I've always been partial to Mrs. Potter's Lullaby by Counting Crows
