  1. Hey, on 'Braun: In my Own Words' he just said he hopes to be in Milwaukee for a long time! I know, I might just be gettin my hopes up, but ya never know.
  2. Rickie and JJ were at Bushy's bar in Muskego last summer more than once. I saw Jenkins at IHOP last summer.
  3. RyDogg, that's funny... I was thinking the same thing with the MTV comparison when I was writing my response.
  4. Well for one... all the "Analysts" they have on never actually give real opinions. ESPN just force feeds opposing opinions to them so one guy will always be arguing the opposite of the other guy. I feel insulted half the time that they treat their audience like it's a bunch of 10 year olds that can't see that these experts are just fake dopes that are just talking out of their you know whats. That's my biggest problem... their entire programming that isn't live sports is all fake. I only watch if I want to see some Brewers, Packers, Badgers highlites.
  5. I agree with Jazzy... especially Counsell. I love his gritty work ethic, but that doesn't mean I want to see him make any more than 5 spot starts all year (I'd prefer none). I love him as a bench player, but Yost seemed to want me to hate him last year by giving him all those starts. And more than anything, I hate when they say he has "postseason experience" and two rings. Whoopidy do... so he lucked his way onto two teams as they peaked at the right times; he's not a freakin starter. One of the reasons he chose to come back to the Brewers was because he saw this was a fun, young, talented team on the rise. Kudos to him. However, no one on that bad guy list can come nearly as close as my most hated Brewer ever... Johnny "Lazy Ass Jerk" Estrada. (I'm to young to feel anger towards Sheffield, but I've heard the stories about him.)
  6. According to JSONLINE's Brewers Blog, CV is most likely to be sent down. This is ridiculous, and Melvin owes this guy a spot in the rotation since he's been nothing but a class act since he's been up with us. He should have been a starter ever since he's been up, but he never complains. I am going to be P'd off if this is true.
  7. I got the two Braun shirts I ordered a week ago. They are awesome. The Hart shirt intrigues me.
  8. Care to elaborate on the LaPorta feelings?
  9. Can't pass up a chance at the Gehl Club... food's delicious. Count me in.
  10. I just tried to buy two shirts with both my visa debit card and then my visa credit card and the site said "We were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. To proceed with checkout, please verify the information you entered is correct or try a different card." to both cards. What's going on? Both of my cards should work.
  11. Agh, alas, today initiates months of 50% less daily productivity.
  12. I have two questions: 1. Which two Spring Training games is FSN showing on t.v? 2. If I buy the MLBtv package now will I get to see all the Brewers spring training games or will they be blacked out in Milwaukee? (I'm going to buy it anyways since it was fun to watch the Cubs games toward the end of the year, but I'm just wondering.)
  13. woah ho ho... trends be damned... Estrada decided to be productive tonight... of course maybe he figured out he doesn't have to run at all if he hits the sacrifice fly.
  14. alright... Braun is actually going to have some runners in front of him for once... woo hoo... I made double digit posts... only took like 2-3 years
  15. Omg, I can't take this anymore... Estrada hits into another double play and both times he just jogs to first base... and don't tell me he's still "injured" or some nonsense that Yost made up last time... He is a lazy selfish detriment to this team. I wouldn't care if he was hitting 60 points higher than damian... nothing would make me happier then seeing estrada gone tomorrow... he obviously doesn't give a rip whatsoever. I HATE HIM. Vargas hacks me off... especially his lazy effort to first base earlier, but I knew he sucked already... and I blame Yost and Melvin for not getting him out of the rotation.
  16. braun has slight strain ( i didnt' catch where), so I'll eat my words. Obviously losing braun for any significant amount of time would be horrible
  17. I'm so glad Ned is sitting our 43 year old 3rd basemen Ryan Bonds tonight. You could tell he's really been struggling out there lately at the plate due to the physical wear and tear from playing BASEBALL! everyday. (Sorry, I don't know how to write in the blue, but i'm assuming it's pretty obvious I'm being sarcasticccc.) How do you write in the blue by the way?
  18. I think Yost needs to borrow a Dr. Cox quote from scrubs when he reams Johnny a new one for that pathetic lack of effort... Dr Cox: (To Johnny Estrada) "Lemme ask you a quick question: are you trying to make my head explode? Because you have no idea just how frustrating it is working your ass off trying to inflate a tiny little balloon inside somebody's clogged artery when all that person has to do, really is--oh, I don't know--go for a walk in the morning or choke down a fresh green salad. And you come back here looking like that? And, I know here, I know I'm supposed to be Dr. Give-A-Crap, but you wanna hear the God's honest truth? And this is a fact: you are what you eat. And you clearly went out and devoured a big fat guy, didn't ya?"
