  1. Is this game gonna be on WTMJ, or will i have to listen to the Score?
  2. Still no Prince? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif Ah well, it's only Spring Training.
  3. Jason, i really like the 8x10s in with the autographed jerseys. I think i will do that when i get mine framed. BTW, awesome collection.
  4. I wanna give the new guy a shot. If he sucks, it's back to muting the TV and listening to Bob and Jim.
  5. I still think we got rid of the wrong guy this offseason. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif
  6. Not great looking, but it could be worse. I give it a 5.
  7. Perez is starting? This is one young lineup. I think this is the game i am gonna listen to.
  8. You're not Brian, but that's ok. Gotta take one for the team.
  9. Dan Meyer is still pretty young(turns 26 in july), but IIRC, he used to be a big time prospect when he was with ATL. That being said, i have yet to hear anything about him in years, and he hasn't played in the majors since '04. We could probably get him and another prospect for Mench.
  10. Sweet! Glad to see the Bf.net interviews are back!! EDIT: Glad to see he knows about brewerfan.net, also overall another excellent interview.
  11. WOO-HOO First post of the new season! Seriously tho, isn't it a little early? Na, who am i kidding.
  12. Just got my state tax refund back yesterday, and i wonder what's the first thing i am gonna do with it? Buy a 25 T-shirt. EDIT: Brian, no paypal option? Is there anyway to change that, cuz it's my preferred method of online payment.
  13. Dude looks like Ray Durham to me. After looking at Durham's stats, that wouldn't disappoint me either.
  14. Looks like Jenkins could be gone within the next few weeks. If we could get linebrink, sign me up.
  15. Meh, i like the 11/90 idea better. Eliminates any traffic problems and isn't too far into janesville/beloit so people not from the area can go to a game.
  16. IF this were to happen(which it won't), i would move Bill Hall back to SS and Upton to CF. Keep JJ as a backup, or trade him for some prospects. How much does Upton make? I would think less than Turnbow, so it would be a bonus to the salary as well. However, a setup guy for a top prospect? In a heartbeat.
  17. Which was 13th out of the 14 teams in the Midwest League. Here are the League standings(www.ballparkwatch.com/fea..._2006.html Midwest League: 3,298,095 1. Dayton Dragons &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 582,903 2. Kane County Cougars &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 500,052 3. West Michigan Whitecaps &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 356,155 4. Lansing Lugnuts &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 331,503 5. Fort Wayne Wizards &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 253,564 6. Peoria Chiefs &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 235,031 7. Wisconsin Timber Rattlers &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 209,033 8. Cedar Rapids Kernels &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 176,021 9. South Bend Silver Hawks &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 164,138 10. Swing of the Quad Cities &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 146,688 11. Clinton LumberKings &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 108,301 12. Southwest Michigan Devil Rays &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 84,969 13. Beloit Snappers &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 84,547 14. Burlington Bees &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 65,190 Personally, i think Beloit is a little small to have a Minor League team so far into the city(3rd smallest in the League, but the other two have MUCH bigger metro areas). Having it in between Janesville and Beloit would be best. That way, a majority of the County's population would have easy access in and out(not to mention people from surrounding counties). Now granted, the teams at the top of the list have much larger populations(dayton has almost 900,000 people in the metro area), but i feel that Beloit can more than double their numbers with a new stadium.
  18. Matt, where did you get that Co. Stadium seat? Collectablestadiumseats.com?
  19. Gotcha. thanks for the correction. My mind doesn't work that well late at night.
  20. Well, to be fair, the stadium they play in is horrible. Attendence isn't that high(i donno the avgs for Low A ball), but they do still attend. I think a new stadium would really boost the numbers there.
  21. YO² Awesome. Thanks for the tip!
  22. I would be rediculously shocked if Angel came north with the team. If he does, Damien is out the door real quick. No way we keep 3 catchers on the team.
