  1. Looks like most of the TPMLE is being used on Hill. Shams Charania @ShamsCharania Sources: 13-year NBA vet George Hill has cleared free agency waivers and now will sign a two-year, $8M deal with Milwaukee.
  2. Rowdy Tellez is a perfect baseball name.
  3. Yeah, Green would be a solid add at this point. Whoops. Guess not. Green back to the Sixers. https://www.hoopsrumors.com/2021/08/sixers-to-re-sign-danny-green.html Green is a solid target but he was way above our TPMLE price range. Oladipo signed for the 1yr veteran minimum ($2.4M) with the Heat. Hoop Central @TheHoopCentral REPORT: Danny Green signs 2-Year, $20 Million deal with the Sixers, via @HarrisonSanford, @TheSteinLine
  4. Looks like it's a fake, got my hopes up for nothing. A Bucks playoff rotation in 2022 with Oladipo would've been great, but unfortunately he's staying with the Heat. Shams Charania @ShamsCharania Free agent Victor Oladipo has agreed to a deal to return to the Miami Heat, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium .
  5. Sean Wright @SeanWrightNBA Talks between Victor Oladipo and the #Bucks have increased over the last few hours.
  6. This guy is speculating that the Bucks will use the TPMLE on Victor Oladipo. Hope he's right because Oladipo is a player I wanted this offseason. Sean Wright @SeanWrightNBA #Bucks had a goal: Sign two high level free agents, and fill out the roster with veteran minimums. Bobby Portis, and the eventual TPMLE signing fulfill that goal. One name to watch: Victor Oladipo.
  7. Bucks 2nd rd pick Sandro Mamukelashvili has signed a 2-way deal, Hood and Hill have officially been waived and cleared to join the Bucks. John Schuhmann @johnschuhmann Official transactions from Tuesday... Waived: Bembry, Hood, Watson, G. Hill Rookie deals signed: Mobley, Suggs, Wagner 2-way deals signed: Hinton, Mamukelashvili, R. Tucker, Watford
  8. Kind of figure Thanasis will be on the roster. Also assume Hill is signing a vet minimum contract which means the Bucks will have the TPMLE to bring in a player during the season. Not sure about Thanasis, but you're right the Bucks still have the TPMLE. https://twitter.com/SeanWrightNBA/status/1422711328691691521 Sean Wright @SeanWrightNBA George Hill will sign for the minimum with the Milwaukee Bucks after clearing waivers. The Bucks will maintain their MLE and can look to spend that on high quality free agents.
  9. Hill will be a good fit for the Bucks, he's a good 3pt shooter and defensive PG, and he's familiar with the Bucks system of play and the coaches, as well as Giannis, Khris and Brook.
  10. DDV will probably still be out when the season starts, so the SG rotation will be Pat and Hood until DDV returns. With Hill back, the Bucks roster is now. PG: Jrue / Hill SG: DDV / Pat / Hood SF: Khris / Nwora PF: Giannis / Ojeleye C: Brook / Bobby Reserves: Bryant, Merrill, Kalaitzakis, Diakite, Mamukelashvili
  11. Adrian Wojnarowski @wojespn Free agent F Rodney Hood has agreed to a one-year deal with the Milwaukee Bucks, agents Ty Sullivan, Austin Brown and Aaron Mintz of @CAA_Basketball tell ESPN. Another perimeter shooter for the Bucks in pursuit of defending their title.
  12. Looks like Sixers are going to waive George Hill, I wouldn't mind getting him to be our backup PG on a cheap 1 yr deal. Shams Charania @ShamsCharania The Philadelphia 76ers are planning to waive guard George Hill, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Hill had a partial guarantee on next season's contract.
  13. Good news, Semi is only on a minimum deal, which means Bucks still have the $5.8M MLE to spend on another player. Eric Nehm @eric_nehm Per a league source, the Bucks are adding free agent forward Semi Ojeleye on a one-year, minimum deal. @wojespn had it first.
  14. Yup, the Bucks have a Taxpayer Midlevel Exception of about $5.9M, but not sure if the use some of it on Semi. The Bucks also have a $4.8M Trade Exception and a $1.6M Trade Exception.
  15. Current Bucks roster, maybe the Bucks can find a better backup PG instead of Bryant. The Bucks still have a $4.8M TPE. PG: Jrue / Bryant SG: DDV / Pat SF: Khris / Nwora PF: Giannis / Ojeleye C: Brook / Bobby Reserves: Merrill, Kalaitzakis, Diakite, Mamukelashvili
  16. Adrian Wojnarowski @wojespn Free agent F Semi Ojeleye has agreed to a one-year deal with the Milwaukee Bucks, his agent Sean Kennedy of @excelbasketball tells ESPN.
  17. ConnAir My bad, I forgot about Pat Connaughton, an important member and played well in the postseason. PG: Jrue / Bryant SG: DDV / Pat SF: Khris / Nwora PF: Giannis / ??? C: Brook / Bobby
  18. Looking at the current roster, the Bucks probably need to get a big and a guard for the rotation. PG: Jrue / Bryant SG: DDV / ??? SF: Khris / Nwora PF: Giannis / ??? C: Brook / Bobby Reserves: Merrill, Kalaitzakis, Diakite, Mamukelashvili
  19. It's ok, let's move on. Very fortunate we have Portis back, he's irreplaceable due to his shooting at the center position. Tucker is replaceable and he's undersize for the PF position.
  20. I guess technically you’d need Teague, right? No, Teague was DDV's injury replacement and he wasn't good. When DDV returns, there is no need for Teague. BTW, the Bucks still have a MLE that they can use to sign a player that is better than Teague to round out the rotation.
  21. I guess technically you’d need Teague, right? No, Teague was DDV's injury replacement and he wasn't good. When DDV returns, there is no need for Teague.
  22. Westbrook was awful in the playoffs, he can't be relied on in postseason. IMO, the Wizards got the better end of this trade.
  23. I was hoping the Brewers get a closer-type reliever at the trade deadline, but never did I expect it to be Axford.
  24. If Tucker re-signs too, the championship rotation will be back for a repeat.
  25. Hope Bobby is getting millions from those Bucks T-shirts and merchandising. Very glad that Bobby is back, he is irreplaceable to me. They don't call him Bobby Buckets for nothing. Hope the Bucks give Bobby a big contract next offseason to make up for this.
