    I'm just not a fan of the mustard colored jersey. It needs to be a brighter gold or something. Just doesn't mesh well at all. Apparently Yuni doesn't need to sit, and he didn't use Counsell to bunt because that would've left Green as the only hitter left. He didn't want his first at-bat to be in a key situation. So hey Ron, why did you then go on to use Counsell to pinch-run, which left Green as the only one on the bench anyway. Stupid.

    Ron should've given Yuni a day off today. As hot as he was for awhile, he's been absolutely horrible lately. By sticking with all his regulars, I guess he wants to stick it to the Cubs today. Can't argue with that.

    The commissioner's office is closed right now because of the hurricane, so that just adds fuel to the fire of a possible extension. Couldn't be announced until it reopens, and is approved.

    Melvin said he was awarded claims on two players already, and neither team wanted to trade. He implied they were both LHP.

    Who's speculating? I haven't heard anything. Just people on twitter as an explanation of why he might've done it. I just think it's interesting that he did that. No one really knows the reason except him.

    In his first 3 at-bats he used Pink Floyd - Money, Akon - I'm so Paid, and Lil Wayne - Money on my Mind. Found that interesting. Not sure what it means though. Some people were speculating that he will sign a contract extension soon, but I have a hard time believing that. Maybe it's a message to the Brewers, I'm not sure.
