    Yeah, and most teams have jersey colors that look good with white pants for that very reason. Gold doesn't look good with white pants.

    I think they're just lost. I see Cubs fans at every game I go to. Doesn't matter who we are playing. Lost or stupid is my conclusion. That or they realize this is their only chance to watch a good team play.

    Wouldn't look good with gray either. Has to be blue. Plus, I like the current road alternates a lot. Love the Milwaukee on the front. Blue jerseys just look a lot better overall. The gold ones don't fit at all.

    I think the MLB is closer to subtracting teams than adding them. I don't see that as an option at all. 15 teams in each league is the best option with a 5 team per league playoff format.

    He's definitely hitting the ball harder, and he seems to be a little more patient at the plate. I think he's on the cusp. If he can string a few hits together that'll get him going.

    Not a big fan of having interleague play all season long, but it does make sense if they go to 5 playoff teams per league. 15 teams in each league makes it a lot more fair as far as playoff chances go. I think this is what they have to do if they decide to change the playoff format. If they don't change the playoff format, I'd prefer just sticking with what they have now.

    Yeah, our bench against righties would be Kotsay, Gomez, Wilson, Betancourt, and Nieves. Yikes. But really you could just use Kotsay and Wilson and get by ok. At least you wouldn't have to pinch-hit for any starters during the game.

    I don't really have a problem with it in the short-term, because we all know he'll be better than Betancourt. Maybe not for the whole year, but if he can hold it down until the trade deadline that would be nice.

    I think it's time to start getting Counsell some more regular at-bats. He usually seems to play better when he gets in the lineup more often.

    I hate it. Prince is our hottest hitter, and with McGehee behind him TLR won't hesitate to intentionally walk him this whole series.
