  1. So I've been wondering this for a while, what's the deal with O.A.R. and FSN?
  2. They need to somehow put a limit on how many times Brian and Bill can talk about the no hitter.
  3. I think we've learned to not expect anything out of our catchers.
  4. I think that was reading a bit too much into his statement there...Yeah, that's giving Morgan way too much credit.
  5. Yes! Just watched that last night. And my god Joe Morgan is dumb.
  6. Nicely done Rickie. EDIT: Not that it matters thanks to Braun.
  7. Walking in a run has to be the most frustrating thing to watch.
  8. I'm just glad he held up at the end. That could have been disastrous had he carried it out a little further. The way he stopped himself like that almost made it look good.
  9. So ESPN played the angle that we completely suck in their highlights. Didn't show a single good Brewers play, but did show Yo giving up runs and a bunch of pop outs.
  10. Xavier is ridiculous right now. I hope this Kentucky game ends quickly so CBS doesn't choose to show us the boring game that's been over for a while over the intense double overtime thriller.
  11. Couldn't find any past instances could you? I included 9s since it's impossible for a 1 seed to only play double digits and it's still in the lower half of seeds. 1997 Massachusetts beat a 16-9-12 1999 Duke beat a 16-9-12 1999 Michigan State beat a 16-9-132000 Oklahoma State beat a 14-11-102001 Maryland beat a 14-11-102001 Michigan State beat a 16-9-12-(11 to make Final Four)2004 Kansas beat a 13-12-92005 Illinois beat a 16-9-122005 Wisconsin beat an 11-14-102006 Memphis beat a 16-9-132008 UCLA beat a 16-9-122009 Louisville beat a 16-9-122010 West Virginia beat a 15-10-11
  12. Seriously? Who did they beat in those? Beat 12 seed Weber State and 13 seed Tulsa (barely, thanks Freddie Owens!) Beat 11 seed Northern Iowa, 14 seed Bucknell and 10 seed North Carolina State. Beat 14 seed Cal State Fullerton and 11 seed Kansas State before losing to 10 seed Davidson. Yeah, really impressive runs to the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 there. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif The seeding argument should get thrown out the window once you get past the first round.
  13. I disagree. Obviously the result can look that way, but I wouldn't call the way they played embarrassing. Through the first 30 minutes of the game Wisconsin was having one of their best offensive games of the season, shooting 56% and 50% from three. However, they were still down by like 20 because Cornell was shooting a ridiculous 64% and 58% from three. The defense wasn't at the regular Wisconsin standard, but I didn't think it was particularly bad. They played well enough to win, but Cornell took it to another level. In the last 10 minutes Wisconsin missed all 9 threes they took and a bunch of other shots, but that was in desperation as they were trying to make up such a gap with so little time. That's going to make the final box score look uglier than it was. Honestly, I'm not even mad about this loss. Cornell played so well, they deserved to win. If they play like they did today next week they'll beat Kentucky.
  14. Oklahoma State-Georgia Tech should be really good. The rest kind of suck.
  15. Illinois isn't getting in. Funny because after they beat Wisconsin pretty much everyone, including myself, had them in. However at large bids have been taken away from teams winning tournaments that weren't expected too. I think Minnesota jumped Illinois just by making it to the championship game. Minnesota is probably in regardless of if they beat Ohio State or not. Illinois will be the first or second team out. Wisconsin is still a 3 seed in the same easy section in Lunardi's bracket as of 12pm.
  16. The arrows are for the past, not the future. So he's not saying that they're moving up, he's saying that they moved up from a 4 to a 3 since his last bracket.
  17. Lunardi's current bracket looks amazing for Wisconsin. He has them as a three seed, and it's the most winnable bracket of the four. They'd likely have to go through Montana-Texas A&M-West Virginia-Duke to reach the final four. That's an easy road compared to what other 3 seeds would have to go through.
  18. I came in here to say that UWM was hanging with Butler, but of course now they are down 9. They lead 29-28 at the half though.
  19. Purdue and Michigan State still have to play each other too. That guarantees that only one team even has a shot to end the season with only 3 losses. Assuming Wisconsin can take care of business the rest of the way they'll get at worst share of second place or be co-conference champions if the winner of that game slips up.
  20. Wow, well this is nice to see after that loss. Bohannon went crazy today. 30 points with 7 threes.
  21. I bought some in December through razorgator.com because I had missed out on getting them when they originally went on sale. If you don't mind could you tell me how much they cost you and for what sessions and section they were for? I'm just wondering how that compares to the prices to get them now.
