This. Truth be told, I am not expecting the world today from this ugly lineup...my main focus is that I want to see Wily have another solid start and let the chips fall where they may. I am still bummed Jean was hurt and Braunie's strain came back.

I agree. It's always nice to win, regardless, but this was a pyrrhic victory of sorts. We won the game, but with Jean's injury and Braun's strain it takes some of the elation away. I also thought the Brew left runs on the base paths...again. I get the whole 'being aggressive on the base paths' strategy that is RRR's identity, but you can't keep leaving runs out there...good team will make you pay. That said, winning cures all and it provides a nice cover for mistakes and so forth. -
You sir, are a scholar and a gentleman. The kids have gone to bed so I have taken your advice, and am currently enjoying both the game and a cold beverage.

Agreed. He's a really good defender and that play he made earlier was outstanding.

I don't want to pile on Bianchi but he had zero.zero chance to hit Wilson. I am guessing he had a sign to 'take' on that second pitch bc I literally laughed out loud that he let the bat sit on his shoulder. I thought, what the heck fooled you about THAT pitch??
