WOW! Nice play Reynolds to end it. Didn't want to make it easy. What a strange game start to finish.
-
I agree. Davis head is swimming.
-
Jeez Reynolds. I know that play is a tough one to make tho.
-
This. Well said.
-
It's also really distracting the seats directly in front of me 2 yuppie couples are more concerned with parading their babies than watching the game. I'm a father of 2 and I would never do what they're doing.
-
I'm at Miller Park today and I understand its April, but this place is really dead.
-
Hell of a win Crew. That was a hell of win. Ugly but fought through the mistakes. This has the makings of a special squad.
-
Awful AB from Davis. Just awful.
-
Come on Davis...just get one into the outfield. Make up for your baserunning blunder.
-
NICE HUSTLE BRAUNIE!!! GREAT HIT LUUUUUUUC!
-
That's a darn nice play by Henderson to get the out there.
-
WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!! What a way to get out of that inning. Holy smokes. Now was is Hurdle coming out to challenge????
-
He needs to get McCutchen to hit into a DP. /captain obvious
-
Dang it Hendo. Amazing.
-
The problem was he was too aggressive again and left before Marte caught the ball. By the time he got back, it was too late to go again. Agreed. That was my original sentiment on the last page...Weeks didn't drive the ball deep enough and Davis just flat out panicked and didn't know what to do. He's still learning.
-
That was my feeling also.
-
Either way we slice it up, just a very very frustrating inning and a missed opportunity to add run(s).
-
seriously? There is no promise he'd score there, the left fiedler had his momentum coming to the plate, odds are, he could have been gunned down just as easy as scoring a run.. I don't want to sound like I am nitpicking, but I feel like Weeks could've drove that a little deeper. It sort of put Davis in a bad spot and he panicked and didn't go.
-
That was frustrating to watch unfold.
-
NICE WIN CREW!!!
-
Nice hustle Braunie to beat out the play!
-
I have the PIT feed and they just pointed out that McCutcheon is out of the game.
-
That's a REALLY nice inning for Henderson. He looked comfortable and confident in what he was throwing.
-
Couldn't agree more.
-
Agreed Ricky. I've always been a big fan of Wily and I couldn't be more thrilled with his development.
