    Here's mine...I didn't go cause I had to work I'm envious of the sweet bobble finds, but relieved I didn't have to sweat it out with never-ending lines and elbow-to-elbow crowds. I would love to hear how everyone else's trip was, especially the grab bags, which I understand went up in price this year...

    I have a retro set from two years ago that are the protos, and the paint jobs on them are so fine they make them look completely different from the SGAs.

    Last I followed these they were selling for around $100, but that was a year ago, so I stand corrected. I went to pick up a bobble from a local sellers house and saw he had one. I inquired what he'd sell for, and needless to say the $2 price was not too rich for my blood...

    Rarely? The last few sold for close to $100, and this one is sure up bring close to that as well.

    By the time we re-visited the sale (my first, my wife's second run) the jersey numbers were down to a buck a piece. They also had $1 sunflower seeds, but to my dismay, they werent game used ;( My wife got one of those "lace stripper caps," hopefully will be put to good use. They had an abundance of Sausage vinyl figures...they didn't sell them at $10 a pop during the season, so why would they think they'd sell at that price in the sale? Seriously, they had 2-300 of each. Would've picked up two sets for the kids, but dropping $100 on vinyl figures is absurd! I only spend that kind of cash on bobbles They also had a few champagne bottles left for $10-20, but I don't see the allure of these items. Full, maybe, but empty you're really only paying for the MLB authentic sticker. Overall a good assortment of clothes and the banners were unique (although outdated.)

    This guy's name is Lew. He has a shop in Menominee Falls called Collector's Unlimited right on Appleton Avenue. I stopped in there three weekends ago to pick up a few Forevers I needed for my collection--I believe I recall seeing a 3 foot Braun on his sales floor but don't recall the price--needless to say it's still there. His name is Louie (some avenues goes by King Louie) and the Braun isn't for sale. He has a couple autographed Hardy's as well, asking $600, but both spent time in his store front so are VERY faded, they look awful.

    I was in contact with the guy with the Suppan. He didn't even go as low as $250 for me...jerk! I've been on the hunt for these for a while. I know where two more Suppans and one Fielder exist for prices $400-600, too much IMO. Back in 2006 they had a few at the stadium, like Braun, Fielder, Suppan, Capuano that I know of. Probably more. Brian I'd be interested to see the white jersey Braun you have!

    I like the fact that they're mixing up the bobble unis next year. We don't need a Cerveceros every year IMO. It's also nice that I don't think there will be alternates for all (and hopefully very few...they're a pain to collect if you don't get them at the gate, especially when you try to buy or trade them from people who think they're entitled to $75-$100 for a "rare" bobble there is actually 5,000 of...)

    Well, had my kids birthdays this year and received the sliding version for both. My daughter now has two and my son four of these bobbles. I'm glad next year they'll get something new. Interested to see pics if anyone has them.

    I remember the first time I saw this on eBay back in 2007. I think it sold for less than $30 cause nobody knew what it was, not even myself. At the time I was only collecting bobbles with Brewers jerseys so passed. Eventually got one on the cheap. Sorry, don't have an extra, good luck in your search.

    That would be me (check out my icon!), but alas will hold out for a better price. I'm not into collecting jerseys, rather wearing them, so this is beyond what I'm willing to pay. Thanks for looking out!
