Why does it take Lopez so long to get to the base? Yesterday he didn't even try... now this time Casey has to wait for him and costs us a DP! Man, he's not very good.
Had to know they would come to play tonight. Yo just getting a bit too much of the plate early, he'll figure it out. Had 2 impressive strike outs vs Jay and Berkman.
Had a feeling that might happen! Way to come through Kots. I don't know what it is, because most of these decisions seem crazy to me too, but maybe there really is something to "playing for your manager."
Why would you ph Wilson for Kottaras and not Lucroy when you have to bring Lucroy in anyway. Or just leave Kottaras in if you're bringing Wolf back out? But this option isn't even logical!
The pitchers have taken complete control of this one. Let's hope that Wolf can take it all the way home. Especially with an Estrada start coming up this weekend.
That's so true. People tend to want to talk more when they have something to complain about! Not saying I don't do that too because I do from time to time, but for some it's all they know how to do.
It's amazing how well Prince can keep the ball fair. A lot of lesser hitters hit foul balls on pitches he routinely drives into the seats or for doubles.
I feel like George has a good approach at the plate just about every time. I know his numbers don't show it but I feel better about his approach than most on our team.
Wow, excellent work from Casey and Yuni there after Prince's 17 hopper through the shift. Let's have a 1-2-3 Ax. My heart can't take much more of this!
