  1. It would be nice to see a lot of these wildcard teams falter and get a little breathing room and less competition.
  2. Baek has looked pretty consistantly medicore in his last handful of starts.
  3. Let's go Riske. If you pitch well, Ned may use you again next week!
  4. Be nice to see Riske end this game regardless of any save situation.
  5. Brewers go .500 the rest of the way they got 89 wins and and 82% chance of playoffs. One more win and they got a 91% chance. What that means to me is this, win today and go .500 the rest of the way and finish with 90 wins and I am content. That should get them in and if not another team deserved it more.
  6. That trophey in the original post looks like one from a horror movies that trapped the souls of many lost men throughout the years.
  7. Maybe Estrada could then come back when rosters expand. (blue)
  8. 1) Baseball Stats from the Mid-80's (Thanks Topps) 2) Basenjis 3) American Revolution 4) X-Men history 5) Movies directed by Kevin Smith 6) Tecmo Super Bowl Players
  9. You're avatar does look a little political blanco not that I care. The Mens 4x100 had one of the most exciting finishes I have ever seen in which the Americans overcame a large lead by the French to pull it out. This after the French claimed they would crush the Americans.
  10. That sucks for him. Oh yeah, Kennedy error ended this game. GAME OVER
  11. Cubs up 1-0. Marlins, Phillies, Dbacks won. Mets and Dodgers lost. (Astros creeping up)
  12. Fun game to be at. Getting out of the lot was easy with half the crowd being gone so that was a plus. One thing I didn't like was the booing of Gagne, he tried and ultimatly failed, we can't be perfect.
  13. Meh, it didn't seem all that bad but I have pretty think skin with this kind of stuff.
  14. According to Sportsclubsstats when the Cards lose our chances of the postseason go up. That tells me who I should root for.
  15. It's not that cool for the Brewers as they only have the Astros three more times this year. (I think)
  16. Tough break but a very easy injury to recover from. He should think of it as a nice vacation.
  17. Sheets start also brought the staff era this year below 4 (3.98).
  18. Lannan is very solid; hopefully the Nats bats don't break out.
  19. In the Sheets interview after the game he corrected Trenni about his RBI count for the season and was pretty funny about it. Good to see.
  20. 15 games over 500, highpoint thus far?
  21. Atleast the Nats hacked in the 9th and kept his PC lower.
  22. I also don't agree with this, give the pen a bone here.
  23. wow, great job getting out of it. 102 pitches through 8.
