    Egads!!! No Iribarren, how are they supposed to score w/ him out of the line-up. Maybe he got called up to Milwaukee and Helms got sent all the way down to the rookie league http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/happy.gif . Yeah interesting to see Parillo take the loss not even give up a hit in 4 inn.

    Well the reason for overbay overswinging is rather glaringly obvious, he even admitted it after the game a couple of games ago, he is trying to carry the ENTIRE offense now, before he was able to go out there and do his thing w/ not as much pressure. Great catch jenks

    argh, i know i joined this site and all this year making it seem i am a "bandwagoner" but i really dont consider myself one, i just cant stand watching bad baseball, it is incredibly boring. The brewers are playing bad baseball, 1 or 2 more o-fers in houston, and i just dunno anymore. I wonder if the entire parent club's position players can be sent down for like a week (even overbay, just because i said so), and the entire AAA position players can be called up.....*sigh*.......

    AHHHHHH, i'm going to break something if someone says that again. EVERYONE didnt think we would have the record we do. But guess what, we do. DO SOMETHING about it. It pains me to see no move made every single day to at least get one different bat in the line-up (magruder and erickson don't really count). I know we are in rebuilding mode, i don't care though, we have a good enough pitching staff to create excitement for next year, the rate we are at is gonna mean the thing exciting to look forward to will be the draft...again...for the 12th year. I want offense. Now. Not 3 years from now. Now. I have no patience. Nor will i ever as so beautifully typed before, BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Does anyone realize how pathetic it is that we would gladly take any one of the cardinals starting line-up today over our position players, except for maybe taguchi v jenks, but the way jenks is hitting, so is looking more than so-so.

    My best guess would be he has been watching the Brewers this season. (Our offense is offensive)

    I swear if Claussen shuts down the Crew today i'm gonna shoot something. I know he is a pretty good prospect and all but his ERA was over 4.50 in AAA, if the brewers can't score some runs, lets try and get those people on those AAA teams that actually can.

    Not to much excitement over this game, understandingly so. This is Wood's second start since coming off the DL. The Brewers are 2-6 in Cap's last 8 starts. Game time at 1:20 CDT. GO BREW!!!!!

    I'm not going for the playoffs, im going for a ton of excitement culminating into a great season next year and even better seasons to come.

    Blech, are you serious here? If you haven't noticed the Brewers are 3 games over .500, for the first time in over a decade, they are on pace to finish like this. I know our record in July is getting bad, but the Brewers aren't sellers, please! If you haven't checked attendance rates, they are up....by a lot!!! The brewers need to attempt to acquire an above-average bat that is not getting payed to much. I know that does sound a little easier than it really is. Why can't the Brewers just try this season, have a lil fun in '04....c'mon!!!!!!!!
