  1. Come on, Victor! Don't give the lead right back!!!
  2. Anyone? What's the record for views/posts on a single thread?
  3. What's the record for replies and views to a thread on here? Could we set a record tonight?
  4. Houston - Washington 1.5 GB Florida 1.5 GB Philadelphia 2.0 GB New York 3.0 GB Milwaukee 4.0 GB I can't believe I'm buying into the whole idea of the Brew Crew being "in" the WC race. But I think I am!
  5. Houston - Washington 1.5 GB Florida 1.5 GB Philadelphia 1.5 GB New York 3.0 GB Milwaukee 4.5 GB Getting more interesting by the day, and hopefully we have a positive update in about 5 minutes!
  6. THESE PRETZELS ARE MAKING ME THIRSTY!
  7. I guess it's going to be mano-a-mano to close it out! Meat of the order against Turbo. Hold your breath everyone!
  8. No reason to let him pitch the ninth? He's pitching great! Assuming he's not too tired, let him finish the game out. Give the bullpen a full game off (with their work over the past week). And he deserves a chance to close this one out. And as much as we love Turbo, he still just makes me a little nervous.......
  9. oh, man he just missed that one!
  10. I kind of agree - let Ohka work the 9th (assuming he's not due up or comes up to bat in the top).
  11. Yep, I'd still feel better with an insurance run or two in the top of the ninth! Ohka really has been outstanding today.
  12. These pretzels are making me thirsty!
  13. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHKA And he will be back for the 8th, maybe even 9th the way he's tossing right now! 94 pitches?
  14. GO OHKA! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  15. JENKS! It's inching toward "amazing" hot streak, isn't it?
  16. Very nice. Man, Ohka just needs to find some consistency, doesn't he? Sub-4.00 ERA, but just a few terrible starts. Really could be a solid #4 or 5 if he would throw like this all the time (although then he may be a #2 if he did that!).
  17. When was the last time "scoreboard watching" had any relevance to the Brew Crew?! This is great! I've tried very hard not to get too excited, but .....
  18. So far, so good today. I had not realized that Padilla was pitching better his last few outings. Nice to get an early lead on a hot pitcher (and one that still has lots of potential to be dominating IMO).
  19. Sorry, LOB = 22 through 8 inn
  20. Well, the box score says all you need to know why they may not make it to .500 this year: LOB......21 (through 8 innings!) Yikes Even with crappy pitching today, they should still be leading 12-8 or 13-8 or something! 15 hits, 21 LOB. Same old problem - RISP.
  21. In honor of Telemundo ...donde esta la offensia? I want the Brewers on TV in GERMAN!
