barrel.. when I talk to my brother I'll let you know. thanks again brew city.. appreciate it.

There was a thread posted in here... at least, I thought there was.. about collecting autographs.. who signs, who doesn't sign and places to send for autographs. My brother and I might try to put some cards together to send out soon for all major sports. Can somebody link that thread or suggestions? Thanks!

community better return. that's bogus. i hate whitney. HATE it. community is awesome.. probably #2 on my list after parks n rec right now and ahead of the office without michael scott

marcum better be on the shortest leash ever. -
go vegan. it's wonderful.

C. i don't care if he hits .210 they need to have a good IF up the middle.. or ANYWHERE on that defense. if he hits .220 then sweet, he's near yuni territory on offense too. i'd love ryan, he doesn't get a ton of hits but he's unreal with the glove, plays hard, runs the bases and can do little things to help the offense.

no. luke ridnour didn't stunt the development of jennings.. it made him better. stephen jackson, again, is NOT a locker room cancer.. may he get angry? yeah.. will he talk? yeah.. is he a great teammate? by most/all accounts.. YES. he WANTS TO WIN. he HATES losing and isn't afraid to call people out when they lose.

jackson and udrih both look to be 44ish%-35%ish-80+ guys. that's certainly not terrible.

speaking of kotsay i saw something in the mjs that roenicke said he sent kotsay up instead of kottaras the other night but wouldn't say who/why that happened because "he didn't want to dog anybody." has that been discussed already or does anybody know what that was about?

that was the worst inning of baseball i have seen since.. well... ever.
-
can't wait to see loe after the off-day yesterday. his arm is rested and he'll need an inning to stay sharp.
-
you guys are leaving out the obvious ones... men on a mission. oddities. sweet.
-
wow. some of you guys need to stick to baseball and quit pretending you watch more than just a game here and there during the nba season and playoffs. any trade to ditch those albatross contracts is positive. hammonds rolled the dice with corey and lost, but it was something the team needed to try to do. i don't think many people thought john salmons was going to fall off the face of the earth. in beno they get luke ridnour-like guard that can play alongside jennings which made a huge difference in his game (they wanted ridnour but couldn't afford him). stephen jackson is 1000000000x the player maggette is. i'm not worried about him at all. tobias harris (whom i didn't even want them to select) is very young and very talented. they might have to wait with him.. which is okay because they have jackson, delfino, LRMAM anyway plus could play jennings/udrih together. skiles just needs to give larry sanders minutes and stick with him this year, up front. all that being said.. i wouldn't be surprised if they were part of another deal or two.

easing into the pending beatdown tomorrow. wolf vs. halladay reaks of a 7-3 brewers win.
-
i have no problem sending mcgehee. they said they'd be more aggressive on the bases, at least the 3B coach is taking that approach this year. i'm really laughing about kotsay being walked intentionally 2x today, now that's funny. especially when the 8 hitter is better
-
LOL at betancourt. gold glove streak to be snapped this year. (should that be in blue)
-
do we have the worst 2, 6 and 7 hitters in the game? and i agree with the above.. without hart, lucroy should hit 2. or if morgan plays, can weeks hit 2?

hey.. i used to weigh 240lbs.. started running (and changed my lifestyle) and now i'm constantly in the 170 range. i used to be sore for 2 days after a 2 mile run but have run 3 halves and 2 fulls. i'm planning on at least 2 more fulls this spring/early summer. my experiences: shoes are very important, make sure they are big enough that if you run a long distance and your feet expand they aren't pushing against the shoe. wear any wicking material you can find. i'm an underarmor snob and wear drifit tight stuff and have never had any nipple problems (as opposed to a cotton t-shirt which nearly caused bleeding early in my running adventures) i also endorse any tight boxer/spandex material you can find instead of boxers or a loose fitting running boxer. the loose fitting stuff rubs the hell out of my legs and that's very unpleasant. aquaphor is a great friend for really hot days/long runs. stretch. stretch.. buy a foam roller and stretch, especially if you have IT band problems. mine kill me also and i'm still brutal at getting them stretched and rolled out. an area i have to improve. i also have to improve my core/shoulders for running economy. i enjoy cytomax after my runs as a recovery drink and gu on my longer runs for the instant energy jolt. also use sportbeans on occasion. congrats on starting to run, it's an addiction that we can all enjoy.

reading diet for a new america. written in the late 1980's it brings to light problems with the american food system that STILL exist today.

randy wolf sucks with lucroy behind the plate and kottraras. hey randy... maybe it's NOT the catchers fault?
-
macha/melvin seriously are making me absolutely hate jim edmonds.
-
bases loaded, 3+4 hitters up. 2 k's, 0 runs. that's milwaukee baseball
-
ryan braun don't slump... for toooooo long

We also have a 1% chance of making the playoffs. They better not come back and win this then because there is no way they'll hit two 99-1 shots in the same season. haha, that's the post of the season.
