    i'm actually thinking about going down for a game in that st. louis series too. i live in springfield, il, so i'm about 1.5 hours away or so. i went to st. louis once since i have lived here and ate at a place called the iron barley. saw it on diners, drive ins, and dives and it was EXCELLENT. it's a real small place, obscure, can't even remember how to get there right now, it's probably 5 milesish from the stadium, but it was awesome. the stadium looks really cool as you enter st. louis too, i think i'll have to go in september for sure now.

    Not the best with powerpoint or technical computer stuff... basically i have office 2000 and i am doing an assignment.. i need to put a video/audio clip into my powerpoint. the presentation is on jackie robinson and i can't figure out how to save a youtube video or audio clip onto my hard drive so i can insert it into my presentation. any help out there?

    I just found a bunch of cards at my apartment and had some duplicates or players with multiple cards in different companies.. I was thinking about sending some of them in to see if I could get them autographed. Any idea where I can find a site/list of people that autograph?

    i was just following the game on yahoo and saw he got yanked. i was hoping it wasn't anything major and doesn't appear to be, crossing my fingers now though! maybe he just has a tired arm like zambrano.

    rluz.. do you have a copy of the book of which you speak? i'm assuming it's the same one that made ned comment that gagne had really really good stuff last night. i'm going on vacation next week at a cottage in goodman, wisconsin and need some good reading material... i might try to get this book before i leave; that way i can kinda sorta understand ned.

    Giants Dill Pickle smokes any other seed I've tried. I also like their original, their mesquite BBQ and salt and pepper when I'm not chewing a lot.

    Baseball season is here, nice weather, mlb games on, got the grill fired up the other day and put in MVP 2006 College Baseball on ps2. I bought it years ago and never really played it much because I could never go deep on it, anyway, apparently I have a dynasty going with Sacramento State (don't ask). I fired off a few straight wins playing small ball and drawing walks, but I was wondering who are studs in that game that I would know? Anybody that plays in the WAC, since that's my conference?

    i'm not a yost fan by any means, but if you guys are really complaining about a double steal because prince is up, you're just looking for excuses now. fielder has left a small village on the base paths tonight and is hitting .263. he makes it to 3rd, which he should have been safe, prince can hit a sac fly and you're up 3-0. nothing wrong with that.
