For those in the Milwaukee area, the Journal Sentinel had an article yesterday on the best take and bake pizza. The article can be found online in the food section.

I am surprised no one has mentioned Papa Murphy's. That was our go to place when we lived in Brookfield. Since we moved to rural Wisconsin I buy Wewalka refrigerated pizza crust (2 choices found at Woodman's and Walmart) and make my own. Not much more effort than buying a frozen one and adding extra stuff.

Is Marty's (sp)on Bluemound Rd. in Brookfield still around. In the 60's when I was in High School it was the place to go.
