With Cain back, Taylor in LF, the pineapple hitting and Escobar this lineup is drastically better against LHP. It should actually be a strength going forward IMO. which makes the cardinals “big moves” even better.

Well, this helps his back recover more. Additionally, this means more time for TT to show what he’s got. Could be a great thing if it helps both guys and the team the rest of the year. -
If some one offered me three dollars for my car, I guess I’d be “gun shy “ too and hang up the phone. these guys are professionals, and won’t ask for the teams only great reliever when they’re in first place heading into the playoffs. If they do that, they’re just an idiot or not worth the time.

The game is going very well, however once Cain comes back Taylor should get a platoon going with yelich. I know it’s not going to happen because yelich was great, but it should.

I still think he is the ultimate cause of the white Sox not going all the way the next couple years. He’ll probably start throwing at the astros in a tie game in the 8th. Because of his “moral superiority” or other related hypocrisy in his head.

Jose Ramirez is listed at 5’9” guys. I wouldn’t trade shAw for him. Shaw is tall, so he must be better.

This season can easily be split into Before Adames and After Adames. Long live the AA era Now an MLB best 35-16 since the trade (21-23 before) while scoring 5.08 runs per game (3.66 before). I mean, this is the type of stuff that the mvp voters should look at. Unfortunately for adames, Braun will be back soon and run away with the mvp.

I’m sure glad the brewers didn’t panic like I was before the all star break. I think CC deserves a lot of credit for keeping guys focused and blowing off an ugly series rather than letting it snowball.
