  1. And that doesn't even take Yuni into account. (And I don't even know if this should be in blue right now). It felt weird saying that, didn't it? LOL
  2. Holy cow, the http://imageshack.us/a/img198/6445/yunibomber.png is really coming up big for us. And now Gonzalez gets a hit. Sweet!
  3. Wow, that throw was pretty close considering the jump that Venable got. You have to love Segura. So good at the fundamentals. Come on Yo, get a double play ball.
  4. What's the rationale between flipping Gonzalez and Yuni back and forth at first and third? You'd think you want to keep the guys at one spot, and make them feel more comfortable in the field. Isn't there something to be said for consistent playing time at the same position?
  5. Ooo, the draft starts in a couple of nights. Really looking forward to seeing the newest Packers. I'd really love to get Montee Ball in Green Bay. I think he'd be a really good fit for the Packers, but we have other areas to address first. LOL, Quentin back tonight. Careful, Yo. Don't hit him, or he'll charge you like a bull.
  6. 20 RBI in 16 games. I'll take that kind of slump any day of the week. The average will come.
  7. My fantasy team will take it. Braun and Segura both starting. I grabbed Jean a few days after the start of the season, and he's done really well for me.
  8. Jean! Nice thing to see turning the game on! Braun loving it, too, I'm sure. Ryan might lead the NL in RBI this season. Evening, all!
  9. My sights are on the division, too. I'd rather win it outright, but I at least want to make the playoffs.
  10. This is the best I could do without being able to find a larger profile picture of Yuni: http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/6445/yunibomber.png Hard to combine a drawing and a photo, and have it come out at all realistic looking. I used a layer mask with reduced opacity to try and blend in his picture with the glasses from the sketch.
  11. Hendo for the 9th? Damn, I wish I could have had him active tonight on my fantasy team. Can't use him until tomorrow.
  12. Somebody asked a few pages back if Gamel hurt his knee at Petco. Yup. Yuck, that picture looks pretty bad.
  13. It's times like these that I think it is important to ask, "What Would Ronnie Lott Do?" Chop that baby off, and put me in, coach. I'm ready to play!
  14. Ya, that's what I'm hoping, too, Cool. If that's the case, he might just miss one start while the swelling goes down. I had the same thing happen once playing baseball as a kid. I was playing second covering on a stolen base, and the runner caught my glove just right where I popped the pinky on my left hand out. Hurt like hell, and worse than a broken bone, which I've had a lot of experience with. It swelled up something fierce, too.
  15. A 40 year old catcher with a pair of wrecked knees should still get at least a 10 rating, lol. Martin might not be John Wathan on the bases, but he's not that slow.
  16. Our bullpen has been just incredible during this winning streak. It took them a while to get going, but if they can at anywhere near this level going forward, there's no reason why we can't at least compete for a wild card once Corey and Aramis come back. If we're at .500 when we get those guys back, we can really make a run. Nobody in the central is running away with it.
