Can't really blame Ramirez on that. I think he was shocked the ball coming to him had enough juice to make it out of the infield. -
I can't remember the last time I looked up and the Rockies didn't have somebody on.

I don't think Todd Helton is a Hall of Famer, Rock. At Coors Field, he's a lifetime .350 hitter with a 1.060 OPS. Anywhere else, he's a lifetime .289 hitter with an .864 OPS. .613 SLG at Coors. .475 SLG everywhere else. Clearly a huge beneficiary of his home ballpark. His splits are terrible.

Because Gonzalez spent much of spring training playing first base, and the coaches decided he looked the best at the position.

Well, a big part of the reason they were "last place losers" is that they had two of the best hitters in the game missing 140 + combined games. Take Braun and Ramirez off our team that much, and the Brewers would struggle, too. Our pitching will calm down, and I hope it will improve.

Brewer baserunning has been terrible in the first two games. That was almost as bad as Rickie Weeks trying for two yesterday.

Well, I guess the jinx worked. That sucks though. I love seeing perfect games. I was hoping he'd get it. I just know whenever I turn on a game, and something great is happening, I screw it up somehow. 8-4 now.
