  1. Color me concerned. The young kids are going to have some bumps in the road as they mature into full time Major League starters. With a good bullpen, that's at least weatherable. But this bullpen, overall, is not good. We're giving up too many walks, of late. 11 the last two games to a bunch of Angels hitters who, outside of Trout, don't have much plate discipline.
  2. At what point does CC move Shaw and Aguilar either way down in the bottom of the order, or take them out for a while? Braun's done nothing in this series, thus far, but he's had some really big hits. Shaw and Aguilar have done next to nothing. Aguilar is 4 for 34, 4 singles. Shaw is 1 for 19 the last five games. At what point are they out of the 4 and 5 slots???
  3. Maybe Wilson needs to use his parietal eye, just like Fernando. Come to think of it, Wilson the volleyball might be a better option, going forward.
  4. Thank God there's one less trip to the mound, and pitchers have to face three batters minimum. The game is so much faster, now.
  5. Pretty confident a Cubs fan can write a W, aren't you? I'm not so sure, especially when they've been around alcohol for hours. it depends. Do they have their box of crayons with them?
  6. 12 hits and 8 walks surrendered by the Brewer pitching staff today. I'd say it's time to wave the white flag, but some idiot Cubs fan would try to spray paint a blue "W" on it.
  7. Cain and Yelich get on, Braun crushes a 3 run homer, and it's 14-11. For just a moment, we have a glimmer of hope. Then the pen gives up 5 more runs.
  8. I think I sense a strategy. Tire the Cubs offensive players out so much from running around the bases in the first two games, they have nothing left on Sunday. Geenyus.
  9. Jesus, get back in it, and immediately start giving them runs back. Come on, pitchers.
  10. So, Braun's launch angle seems to have him dialed in. 12 RBI already in the ninth game of the season. He's made the most of his opportunities.
  11. Suck it, Cincinnati! Brewers win! Waoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! The MVPs and Hader.
  12. How in the hell have we allowed this team to tie us? LOL, Brewers.
