12-0 Brewers. Braun, Fielder, Hart, Jenkins and Hall with HR's so far. -
Sure does sound more like he will make the start now then a few days ago. Still not 100% convinced though. I really hope he does, to get Cameron in the lineup for the first time all year and have Sheets start the 1st game of a series in Chicago seem big to me.

For some reason I don't recall this game but Hart and Jenkins just went back to back jacks and it is 11-0 Brewers after 4 innings.

Eric Gagne will save 40 games this year

Gagne was nasty tonight. Gave up a hit, but it was a broken bat blooper that fell. Struck out the side. Hopefully this is the start of a long string of saves. -
I think the Gagne face design is great if you take the "k", "s" and balls off it.

Im torn on the design. It looks pretty good, but I would get rid of the stuff on his face. Is that herpes or something? Seems like to much of a negative shirt.

I hated McClung but after his last two outings I kind of want to keep him around. But yeah if Sheets can't start Tuesday in Chicago which now seems like he won't with all I have heard they just need to DL him. Then you activate Cameron and then you have a bench of Kapler, Gwynn, Counsell and Rivera. I still think once Sheets is healthy we will somehow go with only 12 pitchers and add Dillon back to the bench. -

I thought Gagne looked good again last night. Walked Gonzo, but should have had him on a stike three and then got three outs. -
I actually did expect him to be healthy all season. It's a contract year and I thought he would finally get over his bad luck. Guess not. But yeah if he makes 25 starts I would be quite happy. I am rather disgusted with the way the Brewers have handled every single one of his injuries though. Just be honest instead of sugar coating it getting all our hopes up.

I have to say Sheets has always been one of my favorite players but I have to agree with what a lot of others have described Sheets as: A Tease.

I wasn't saying Branyan was a great defensive OF and 1B. I just said he can play those positions along with 3B.
