Yeah what was with that. If that was Hall or one of our guys I would have been furious.
  2. BrewCrewForever
    Good job Brian!
  3. BrewCrewForever
It seems to be a mystery. It was quite odd.
  4. BrewCrewForever
Wow I like the thread that they already want to fire Lou.

I like Gwynn quite a bit. But I don't think he is a everyday CF. I like him as a 4th OF on just about any team though. Once Cameron comes back he is our CF. And I still think Hall is an above average ball player.
  6. BrewCrewForever
That very well could be. Would make sense.
  7. BrewCrewForever
I dunno if it has to do with being sick, maybe it does but I to wondered why he kept making that fanning motion with his hand.
  8. BrewCrewForever
They are going to be brutal. I can't believe Aaron Rowand wanted to go there. Barry Zito sure doesn't look like he is worth that contract.
  9. BrewCrewForever
I thought Brian or Bill said he was throwing 93-94 for his fastball.
  10. BrewCrewForever
Exactly. And once he quit throwing all fastballs and started throwing some curves and changes he looked better. He also got squeezed by the ump on a few pitches. The great thing is we are 1-0.
  11. BrewCrewForever
Man Sheets was amazing today. If that guy pitches a full season we are money.
  12. BrewCrewForever
But, it is only one game, and 161 to go. If people want to say that about Gwynn which some will. I hope they will say the same about Gagne's perfromance.
  13. BrewCrewForever
Me to, there are quite a few people who don't though.
  14. BrewCrewForever
First game of the year and one blown save and everyone is already turning on Gagne. Remember everyone CoCo blew quite a few saves last year as well, including 3 run lead saves. We have 161 more games to go.
  15. BrewCrewForever
I still have faith in Gagne. Get that blown save out of the way right away.
  16. BrewCrewForever
Here we go, rain delay on the way.

I wonder why FSN doesn't have the radar going? Pie=Patterson 2.0

I just hope I don't have to see Little Z pumping his fist at all today. Remember last year when he did that after striking out Fielder? Man the look Fielder gave him scared me.
  19. BrewCrewForever
Dude, that is funny. I literally laughed out loud. And I'm at my house alone.
  20. BrewCrewForever
Ethier is a heck of a talent. Liked hims since they brought him up.

I concur. It helps that she appears to actually be a legitimate baseball fan (very natural speaking about the game, players, etc.). I just sent her a marriage proposal to that myspace link. I hope she gets it before Rock. Yeah I would have to say that Trenni is a cutie. Not hot, but cute which sometimes is better. What myspace link do you speak of?
  22. BrewCrewForever
Braun game number 1. Not sure what inning, 1st or 2nd.
  23. BrewCrewForever
Damn, now I really wish I would have just asked. I was glad Gagne sweet spotted it without me even asking. What minor league bobble does he have?
  24. BrewCrewForever
Pitchers as good as or better than Zambrano off the top of my head: Santana, Peavy, Webb, Beckett, Verlander, Sabathia, Bedard, Oswalt, Lackey, Chris Young... Yeah no doubt Zambrano is a awesome pitcher, but all of those guys listed above I agree with are better.
  25. BrewCrewForever
If they don't play today I will be very sad. Thus I will have to wet my baseball appetite with whatever other games ESPN has on.
