  1. I can't believe that Jenkins after seeing Gagne walk two straight swing and miss at three straight pitches in the dirt. I think they should sit his ass tonight and start Krynzel. I also have never seen Brady argue with an umpire like that, he is usually so calm. Oh nd one more thing Krynzel got hosed on that called third strike.
  2. I think Turnbow will still be our closer he just had an off night. He can't have 4 days off and then work perfect, he needs to pitch every couple of days and if the Brewers are not getting him save chances that is a problem.
  3. We need a good 7 innings tonight our of Double D. If he gets us that and we get some offense going we should get back on the winning track. It would be nice to have a win riding into Sheets 2nd start back from the DL.
  4. I can't believe this. We actually knock Peavy out early get a lead and then the pitching blows it and we can't score anymore runs. I have to aske myself the last couple of nights why I stay up so late to watch this crap happen. Oh and by the way if they don't call up Rickie Weeks to play 2nd at least play Bill Hall everyday he at least has a chance to put the ball in play unlike Ernest Spivey.
  5. I expect Cirillo to make up for his mistake last night in tonights ball game.
  6. This is going to be tough. Peavy is one of the top 10 pitchers in baseball period, and coming off that great start against Arizona we have to get a run or 2 early and hope Obie can hold it down like he has been. If we lose lets at least not make stupid errors and mental mistakes that make the Crew beat themselves.
  7. I think flu or not Sheets is gonna go in this one and pitch a dandy. I have this vision of Sheets pitching a great game with the flu and all the boys following his lead and getting out of this slump they are all in.Sheets is a leader and he has a chance to prove without a shadow of a doubt that he is the face of the Milwaukee Brewers.
  8. Hopefully A Crew win today going 4-1 into tomorrows home opener. All we can hope is that they get to Maddux early and that the Victor Santos of 2004's first half shows up to pitch.
  9. That is weird then I wonder why it says its on FSN on the schedule part of the website.
  10. Hmmmm I know it says it on their schedule at brewers.com and I thought that on the front page once they had a little article saying how they were gona broadcast two spring training games todays game and that Saturday game against the White Sox at Miller Park.
  11. Isnt today's game on FSN North? I thought I had heard that on milwaukeebrewers.com.
  12. That is the type of catch Ken Griffey Jr. used to make or a catch Torii Hunter makes now, simply awesome!
  13. No doubt I am the biggest Podsednik mark there is but I know Pods does not catch that ball. Awesome play by Krynzel! Glad Ned is finally giving him sometime.
  14. Nice at bat my Krynzel! Way to hit it on a line out to right!
  15. Would have liked Pods in the lineup to add to his stolen bases, but very pleased to see Krynzel get another start, be nice if he could get a couple hits tonight get that BA up. Go Crew!
  16. Great game fro the Crew. Nice to see Helms finally hit another HR. I still think Branyan is out guy at 3rd base though. And man what a night for Scotty Po, I said awhile back in a post I would not give up on Po and over the last few weeks he has really stepped up, I hope he keeps it going and has a 2003 type year in 2005. Two in a row GO BREWERS!!!!!!!
  17. Monday: Hendrickson vs Fogg Great Hendrickson with his 0-5 record and ERA of 9.00. Can we sadly say loss 12 in a row? I hope not.
  18. Yeah I to was at the game today and boy it is tough to sit and watch a team you love so much just ruin chance after chance to win games. They tied it up and then get to extra innings and the bullpen just blows any chances with a 5 run top 10th. Kolb and Adams two guys who were light out earlier this season have really struggled lately, I think Burba has been the best bullpen guy as of late. I must give props to Magruder and Durrington though they play hard and were the only two that really produced today, Magruder's throw to get that out at home was great. And yes the mascot kickball was pretty fun to watch.
  19. Damn shame Branyan has a great two home run game and Scotty Po goes 3 for 4 with a walk and 2 stolen bases and Wes Helms has to end the game on a ****** groundball.
  20. Vgmastr that is a great pic there. LOL
  21. I have to say hard to beleive that Obermueller is pitching this well, glad to see him do well.
  22. Hot damn Branyan is the man, a far superior hitter and fielder than Wes Helms I hope Branyan stays the starter the rest of the year. Also Props to Overbay, awesome homer to right. The way Overbay is going he could have a season with an over .300 BA, 20+ HR, and 100 RBI, pretty damn good for a guy that was just supposed to keep first warm till Prince gets called up. With the way Lyle is playing I wouldn't rush Fielder one bit to the bigs.
  23. Great win props to Magruder with that great HR. Another forgettable night for Scotty, I hope he can get it going one of these days. I still refuse to give up on Po.
  24. Okay if Branyan is in the game, that means hes healthy right? So why in the F%$k has Helms been starting still?
  25. I hope Doug can get that 11th win (he should be going for win 12). Scotty batting in the 8 hole? I hope with the 3 days of rest for him and batting 8 a few games can ignite Scotty into the hitter from 2003. I have a good feeling that it will.
