  1. Wow, nice job Narv Dog. I didn't think he would make it through the 6th clean. Lets get him some runs boys!
  2. I like Gomez, but I also like Cain. I would like to see Gomez get at least another year to see what he can do. If the Brewers trade Hart perhaps Cain plays RF with Gomez in CF next season. We shall see. But I like both guys a lot.
  3. Amen to that. Sell, sell, sell! Everything must go! (unless named: Braun, Gomez, Weeks, Escobar, McGehee, Lucroy, Gallardo, Axford and Braddock)
  4. This feels like one of those games where we scored in the 1st and won't score again. Maybe not even get another hit.
  5. I know everyone knows this but it has to be said. Our pitchers suck. Edited.
  6. I'm not saying Lucroy should play everyday over Kottaras. What I am saying is if he is going to be up, he should play at least twice per week. If he is up to ride the pine, that is pointless. He is your top catching prospect, play him everyday at AAA if you won't give him some type of regular playing time.
  7. Edmonds over Gomez Counsell over Escobar Lucroy sitting again. I hate this crap. We are 11 games under .500, please let the younger players play. How long will take for the Brewers brass to realize this season is a lost cause?
  8. Still early to tell, but it does seem that the Brewers are good at getting guys a year too late.
  9. I hate to say it, but I smell a sweep. And not by the Brewers.
  10. It's too bad his apology won't give Galarraga a perfect game. Joyce blew that so bad, it was not even close.
  11. Yeah topper09, Fielder needs to snag that ball out of the dirt.
  12. Man, Hart doing a great job laying off that low outside breaking ball. I hope he can keep that up.
  13. Gallardo not nearly as sharp as he was on Friday. Pitch count once again a concern. Might be able to go 6.
  14. Same here, would like to know the info. Please send me a PM. Thanks.
  15. With how bad Carlos Pena has been, I wonder if the Rays might actually be interested in Prince. Coupled with how well the Yanks, Red Sox and even Jays are playing. They could really use Fielder. I'm not saying they for sure would want him, but I think they might at least inquire to Melvin.
  16. I have absolutely no problem with them giving up now. In fact I'd prefer it. Same here. Trade away any of the vets that don't have futures on this team for whatever you can get for them. But mainly, trade Prince and get a couple of young pitchers that are or are close to big league ready. Bring up Gamel and Butler when they are ready, heck even Rogers if he has a few good starts at AAA. Let's get this team ready for 2011 and 2012. If we are not going to contend, I would much rather watch on TV and go to Miller Park and see youth then what they are mostly trotting out there now.
  17. Gallardo on the mound, hope he bottled up we he had in his outing vs the Mets. Low pitch count, low walks, deep into game. Lets do it Yo! And offense, please score the man more then 2 runs and before the 9th, thanks.
