  1. When Gamel, Riske, or Hawkins have to be activated I hope they finally DFA him or like Peavey said, put him on the DL with some kind of "injury". So I would say within a month or so Suppan should be gone. At least I hope. I was listening to the game on the radio yesterday coming home from playing golf and my God, those were some of the loudest boo's I ever heard over the air on the radio. It was so loud. Clearly Brewers fans are done seeing him pitch and give up multiple hits and runs.
  2. I do have an 8x10 I got of him that I never got signed. $20 is a little more then I want to pay, but I just might have to. When else would I get the chance now I figure.
  3. T-Rats lost, but man another strong outing from Odorizzi.
  4. Rough day Braddock, ah well it happens. I'm not going to get to upset over this loss. We won 2 series in a row 4-2 homestand and won 5 of our last 7. Let's go out on the road and keep this better baseball up.
  5. I have been voting for Odorizzi.
  6. That is sweet. Its kind of funny Ethier is 3rd still with 38 RBI and has not played in a few weeks. That is how great of a start that guy got off to.
  7. Great actor. But I was always a huge fan of those mid 90's Nike Football commercials he did. Playing the crazy ex-ref Stanley.
  8. He was pulled after only 4 innings tonight, 59 pitches and he was tossing a shutout.
  9. Its' so funny, yet so sad this chump still has a job with all his errors. What a great "journalist".
  10. Totally agree, this is the guy he was in the minors and his rookie season. Hopefully he can bottle this up and use it every time he goes out to the mound. What an awesome game.
  11. As Rock would say, "I don't know how you reward a hitter for taking a pitch that close with 2 strikes." And the ump did NOT reward Pagan.
  12. Wow, Yovani Gallardo straight dealing. Please guys, push a stinking run across here in the 9th and end this thing.
  13. Yo has walked no one and Peterson has not had to make one mound visit. Awesome.
  14. This year? For sure. 8 innings only 100 pitches, 5 K's and ZERO BBs. That is fantastic. I was thinking best career start. I'm posting from my phone so I can't look it up. He had that complete game vs the Astros last season. That may be his best, but this is awfully close. And his start vs the Mets last season even though he lost 1-0. Of course there was the 1-0 win vs the Pirates. All great starts, its tough to call.
  15. This would all be fantastic news. As far as I am concerned anyway.
  16. They said there was an 18 minute rain delay early in the game. Don't know if maybe that had something to do with it. If he had to warm up and sit down and then get back up again, maybe that limited his pitch count? Well that would make sense then. I would assume he is not hurt. Makes me feel better.
  17. This year? For sure. 8 innings only 100 pitches, 5 K's and ZERO BBs. That is fantastic.
  18. It sure scares me that he would be pulled after only 4 innings, especially when he was pitching well.
  19. This is sure looking like it might end up like last years Yo vs Joh game.
