His two seam fastball seams to be as fast and with as much movement as Ubaldo's. Maybe even more movement which is hard to imagine. And yeah, that hook is pure filth. -
Strasburg is insane. You can clearly see what all the hype was about.

Put them all on the market
BrewCrewForever replied to bamberger's topic in Transaction Rumors & Proposals
Gallardo is no worse than a #2 starter. And his last couple of starts is pitching like a #1 on any team. Trading him with the club friendly contract they signed him to would be just wrong. brains and braun I am with you, if Braun or Gallardo would get traded anytime soon, it would be hard to justify supporting this team that I have supported since I was a little kid. -
Well, after much searching in stores and online I FINALLY found this hat and bought it last night. Found it at a website www.myfitteds.com. http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/yhst-44600485780694_2105_228924048

The only thing that scares me about Loe is he has terrible splits. Left handed hitters crush him. He would probably be most valuable and effective out of the pen where they can use him against mostly right handed hitters. My rotation would be: Gallardo Wolf Bush Capuano Parra I would use Narveson to piggy back with Cappy and Parra if they got in trouble. If Capuano can't show anything in his next two starts, Narveson goes back into that slot. JMO.

Riske on Wednesday? Edited: Smith, nice!

Celebrate good times indeed trwi7! So glad this finally happened. Probably should have been sooner, but oh well. Beggars can't be choosers.
-
And we can! I'm glad, I didn't want to go to bed tonight after a sweep and a 1-6 road trip. Not that 2-5 is all that much better.
-
Anyone else a tad concerned with Axford coming in after pitching almost 2 innings yesterday?
-
Nice job Corey!
-
Nice hit Casey! Please Corey, need a big hit here. Or at the least a deep fly ball.
-
Beautiful hitting by Braun there. Just hit it the other way and try to find a hole. No hole but he beat it out.
-
I really hate Jason Motte. He just seems like a tool.
-
He seems to have awful control of his breaking stuff. Yikes.
-
Was Braddock missing that bad or were they not pitching to Albert.
-
If Braun's throw was online I think they may have gotten him. Dang.
-
This slurp fest for the Cardinals during this game is annoying.
-
I was very impressed with Parra tonight. Yes he got in trouble in the 6th, but still a hell of an outing. I hope he earned another start.
-
I to am impressed by Parra with how he is attacking hitters and not nibbling to death. I hope this isn't a tease and is more of a coming of age game for Parra.
-
Holy cow, Parra 9 K's. Straight dealing.
-
Jeez, a strikeout and they can convert the out. This could come back to bite us in the behind. Kottaras has to block that pitch.
-
The Brewers just allow way to many steals. They can't control the running game whatsoever.

Link Report for Sun. 6/6

Gennett's average now at .360. Nice, this kid continues to rake. -
Parra pretty impressive thus far.

Perhaps the smartest thing Joe Morgan ever said in the broadcast booth.
