    I'm surprised any autograph, besides one with a hologram (like Favre) or a pull from a pack of cards, is worth anything. With all the fakes polluting eBay, the authenticators that have been proven wrong, and the fact that a COA is worth less than the paper it's printed on, you'd figure the market wouldn't be that great.

    I got Burdette's autograph in person when I was kid and I think he signed it "Lou." I think he alternated between spelling though I'm not sure why.

He's talking about what a travesty it is that Burdette didn't get in, considering that Burdette pitched what many baseball historians call the greatest pitching performance in the history of the World Series. Belling said that Attanasio should override the vote and put him in the Walk of Fame.
