  1. I actually got + odds taking the Reds money line tonight. Sometimes I question Vegas effort in setting lines. Guerra has sucked especially on the road lately, and DeSclafini has been good since coming off DL.
  2. Guerras splits 2.64 ERA at home 5.76 ERA on road not counting tonight. If he starts anymore games this year they better be home games.
  3. How does it work for Thames PH when Braun caught stealing? He didn't have an AB technically, but guessing he's still listed in the pitchers spot, so Soria entering makes him technically used?
  4. Not a great time for multiple errors. Jeesh, finish this off and head to Cincy.
  5. Out of curiosity, why would you hate the slide rule? I can't see any reason to allow take-out slides, especially if the player isn't even aiming for the base. I could be wrong but it used to be if you could touch the base you could try to take someone out. Now you have to slide directly to the base. Do I have this wrong? Staying in contact with the base is the new rule. Old days you could slide late and blow 5 feet past, or slide 6 feet to the side.
  6. Anderson would only make it a week or so pitching every game!
  7. Schoop singles and my only thought was our questionable decision > the Pirates bad decision....
  8. He didn't have an ugly arm tattoo to distract our offense. They clearly should’ve left arm tattoos in
  9. I feel like I would definitely remember a 5-0 9th inning comeback that went 18 innings. Do you remember what year that was? 2003? 2004? I’ll see if I can find it https://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/MIL/MIL200405110.shtml It was only 14 innings, I had in my head 18 for some reason.

  11. When I was in college I attended an 18 inning game. Sheets started, crew down 0-5 in 9th, came back to tie it with big hits from Brooks Kieshnick, and Scott Podsednik in the rally. Ended in the 18th with a Wes Helms walk off. I think it was some Tuesday promo where you got a shirt dog soda ticket for like $20, sat way up in the 400’s by the left field foul pole, and I think they did the pregame up there. Bucket head brigade night maybe???? Stayed the whole time and was on tv multiple times late cuz our section was mostly still full.
