  1. Look at TW and TL columns here: http://www.vegasinsider.com/mlb/stats/iskoe-spreadsheet/
  2. Why are we pitching AGAIN to the 8th place hitter hitting over .300 with a pitcher on-deck with 2 outs and a runner in scoring position? Counsell is so brain-numbing! When will he learn how to manage game situations?
  3. MATT ALBERS since JUNE 1 7.1……….IP 25………..H 23………..ER 6……..…..BB 9……..…..K (not bad, not bad at all.) 28.22.……ERA 4.23………WHIP
  4. Jeffress threw 11 pitches in the three previous days. Soria threw 16 pitches in the three previous days. Hader threw 21 pitches in the three previous days. Why could they not start the inning late in the game after crawling to within one run, possibly? Albers???? What a joke!!!! Inexcusable Bullpen Management!!!! Counsell needs to work for IBM!!!!
  5. Fire "The Chicken!!!!!" He's too chicken to use his best bullpen arms in crucial situations! Matt Albers? Give me a break!
  6. How much you wanna' bet that CC runs the bad arms out there, anyway, because we don't have the lead yet?
  7. They wouldn't have given Pina anything to hit with 1B open. We kept pitching to the 8th place hitter, Jody Mercer, of the Pirates during that 0-5 series in Pittsburgh before the all-star break with runners in scoring position and the pitcher on-deck with 2 outs. It didn't work well for us, but is there some logical reason that teams would pitch to such a hitter in those cases? Counsell kept doing it earlier this season, as I said.
  8. Suter is dugout glue! He will bring this team together!
  9. From 2015-16 (Scooter's last two seasons in Milwaukee) 164 players batted at least 900 times. Of those 164 players, Scooter ranked 149th in wRC+ & 156th in WAR. He didn't start a little slow one season, he was among the worst regulars in MLB for a two year stretch. Very interesting ... I do like to go with stats ... but I could tell Scooter had a great swing; I knew we were undervaluing him immensely when we simply released him for virtually nothing ... ask my son .. he will tell you I was quite upset when they released Scooter ... same with Nelson Cruz, Khris Davis.
  10. Golly, gee ... Santana has an OBP of .414!!! Are we waiting until it's .500? His OPS is over .900. Get him here and playing instead of Broxton/Thames/injured-Braun! That's my last word on this for now. I hope David Stearns is paying attention.
