    The reason I am such a big Brewers fan more than anything is that we somehow field a team that can hold its own pretty well despite the huge payroll disadvantage we have forced upon us by MLB. Beating out the Cubs/Cards in the regular season is sweet. Beating the Reds/Pirates ... well, not so sweet, but wins are nice against anybody. Beating the Dodgers/Yankees/Mets in a playoffs series ... virtually impossible ... one day God will intervene and we will win it all ... does God care about baseball, though? That question concerns me.
