  1. Why can't the Brewers front office be smart and sign a free agent superstar like the Yankees do in Juan Soto? Why can't the Brewers front office be smart and sign a free agent superstar like the Dodgers do in Ohtani? Why can't the Brewers front office be smart and retain an all-star pitcher like the Dodgers do in Kershaw? What is that you tell me? The MLB is crooked and geared and tilted towards big market teams? How could any professional sports league get away with such a thing? Fans and media would be all over it and not allow themselves to be hooked into such unfairness? As far as BA is concerned, who cares? Cheer for those big-market, unfairly advantaged teams on these national broadcasts like it's no big deal!

  3. How about those low payroll, small market Indians! Smoke the unfairly advantaged teams! Sweet! Fry giving glory to God only makes it sweeter!
  4. I can't envision Bob Uecker doing the "Get up, get up, get out of here!" thunderous homerun call for another team besides the Brewers. Meanwhile, BA does his homerun schtick just as loud if not louder for other teams, even the big-market-advantaged-teams. I want a homer like Uecker calling my games for the Brewers, not a sellout. I want a guy who genuinely roots for his favorite team on the broadcast, not a guy who will root for another team just as lustily for either the buck or because he likes other teams just as much or both.
  5. BA going more nuts on that Aaron Judge homer in Cleveland more than I heard him ever go nuts for a Brewers bomb!
  6. Not anymore than he does when some Big Market slugger or pitcher hits a homerun or throws a strikeout against some Small Market team. BA is a MLB associate more than he is a Brewers fan. Give us announcers that love the Brewers more than anything else in the sport, please!
  7. He is NOT a Brewers First guy ... it's obvious in his tone on these broadcasts. He is a national guy that is MLB-first, not Brewers-first! The MLB is stacked against the Brewers and small-market teams and BA just goes with the flow.
  8. I would like to see the Brewers cut ties with BA. He is NOT a true Brewers fan. He doesn't appreciate what little ole' Milwaukee has to overcome to compete with the big market teams, and cheers for such teams on these national broadcasts just as lustily if not more so than he does the Brewers on a Brewers broadcast. I want a true blue Brewers fan broadcasting Brewers games locally!
  9. Oh, how I enjoy big market (payroll) teams beating up on small market (payroll) teams! Great job, MLB! Thanks for the fair playing field!
  10. Tyrone Taylor looking good with the Mets!
  11. Then MLB should get equal team revenue sharing like the NFL! Anything short of that means a rigged league!
  12. I like the way he reads CNN promos!
  13. Devin Williams' ERA in the 2nd game of back-to-backs is over 10.00 this season! I heard this on Sparky Fifer's show this afternoon! If this is accurate .... whew, boy!
  14. The Brewers were great in the real season! The post season is just a lottery crap shoot in these very short series. Mets got lucky and the Brewers didn't. Murphy and the Brew Crew are a terrific team in 2024 -- nothing that happened tonight changes that! Thanks for the very good baseball this year, Milwaukee Brewers! You were a real treat! Onward and Upward.! God's best to you and your families!
  15. I guess it's the Mitchell vs. Frelick argument on this one. I am good with either one.
  16. Mets cannot get by us because we have Tobias! Quint-a-n-a is Can't-Win-Ya-Know! Brew Crew on the road for another two! Willy is gettin' ready for Philly!
  17. I appreciate Action Smackin' Jackson!
  18. Winker is a Stinker! Turn on your Blinker! We are making a turn to the World Series!
  19. Mitch just flipped the Switch!
  20. He did last inning, and the runner was thrown out.
