How do you know Braun didn't want to play? They should beat the Cubs anyway and he gets a days rest

The Cubs are such a bad team they don't need Braun today. Their AAA team could beat the Cubs.

gee. isn't this and last years thumb injuries the first of Braun's career? I know people think the worst because of the steroids but he is 30 and the odds are against any player playing their entire career with no DL stays. See what happens the rest of the year before you right him off. I think he is one of the most talented players in baseball and the Brewers will need him before the season is over.

I was watching some of the other games and when they announced Braun was on the DL the crowd cheered. Don't understand the hate for another human. I personally love to watch him play. The team could use his bat.
