  1. Bullpen this year and then starter this year
  2. Seth Lugo and Dominic Smith for Arcia and Erceg
  3. Kay did make his way into the top 100 before they came out with the mis-season top 100
  4. You have the Mets giving up a pretty decent controllable catcher and one of the top starters on the market and receiving a rental catcher, a #4 type OF, and a minor league pitcher who shows promise, but nowhere near TOR. I'd love the trade if I was the Padres and Brewers. The Mets would be getting royally screwed. You think maybe it's just possible that some teams are looking at the former 1st round pick who's overhauled his swing and exploded this year just a bit differently than you? Mets receiving Margot
  5. He would cost Hader Ummm not even close...according to the trade value website, Davies, Arcia and Burnes gets them awfully close. Cause that trade value site is 100% right.... Hey padres, he’s three guys that are performing avg to poor this season for your #1 hitting prospect
  6. What good does Grandal do the Mets? At least with Stroman they have him for next year. Other than maybe some salary chopping that part doesn't make sense. True
  7. I think you could get a guy like Lamet from San Diego. He's controllable for several more years and has big upside. As a pound owner of Lamet in a dynasty league, i agree, but with him coming off TJ surgery 15 months ago, i don't now how much he will be pitching come September. I guess they could put him in the bullpen.
  8. Noah and Grisham to Padres Grandal, margot and Morejon to Mets Ramos and Yates to Brewers.
  9. Why would a team like KC trade a 24 year old?
  10. How much would a trade of both Ray and Greinke cost?
  11. Robert Murray @ByRobertMurray · 30m The Brewers are aggressively exploring upgrades in the rotation and bullpen. They have talked to many teams, discussing a wide-variety of scenarios. They are hopeful of completing at least a couple trades before the July 31 deadline.
  12. yep - your correct
  13. You might have to read other posts for context. i know...Im the one that called out that guy by saying he wouldn't trade Hader for all of those guys.
  14. As long as you have reasonable expectations. This actually isn't that unreasonable. Especially if the baseline is not even considering a hypothetical trade of Hader(or Yelich for that matter) to the Pads for Tatis, Gore, Paddack and Mejia... Don’t get what that has to do with anything..
  15. Go get lugo and Giles and call it a day
  16. Buy, buy, buy, buy
  17. Based on contract and control - Walker Buehler is the only one i would trade him for.
  18. Matt Olson is a slightly better version of Travis Shaw
  19. Yes..I said that..go ahead and think its dumb all you want..Im just not selling ANY major contributor to the major league club until Yelich's control is up..just my philosophy..im doing whatever I can to capitalize on that window now..Hader is a big part of that..heck im trying to resign Moose and Grandal as well and make a HUGE offer to Geritt Cole or another top FA pitcher. And besides..how much have those players helped the Padres this year? What's their record again? I'll make this very simple for you Tatis = 3.5 WAR Paddock = 2.2 WAR Hader 2.0 WAR I would trade Hader for just those two alone. Tatis very well could be the best SS in the game - Imagine a faster/better fielding Hirua - Thats Tatis Tatis would automatically be our 2nd best player on offense
  20. Fun fact, Thames has a better batting avg vs LHP than RHP It is a small sample size
  21. Did I really read that someone would turn down Tatis, Paddock, Gore and Mejia for Hader. Wow...that might be the dumbest take I have read on this board
  22. Where's HighHeat19 when you need him
