  1. You don’t touch the QBs head, the NFL says no.
  2. Probably not much...but part of the problem is they can't having Cable paying $5mil and then take YouTube TVs highest offer at say $1mil. Cable will find out and then refuse to pay exponentially more. And I really don't see where MLB would even want YouTube TV. If people can't watch on YouTube TV they are streaming people. They will gobble up the direct streaming service. Wouldn't you want that? That isn't quite the same with the cable watchers. If you don't give cable viewers an option, they very well may not pay for the direct streaming option.
  3. I really don't know what to say other than these are some of the worst ideas I have ever heard in the history of "fix the playoffs" in any sport.
  4. This is how I look at it: 1) 'Hopefully this means the Brewers come back to Youtube TV etc.' If the streaming services made sense and made money, wouldn't Bally have been doing it? 2) 'Cutting out the middleman should mean more money shouldn't it?' Well, maybe. Assuming MLB can be just as cost efficient doing it and it doesn't hurt revenue (like advertising) having the Brewers as a standalone on their own channel. However, I wouldn't expect this to be some dramatic increase in revenue. Because if the middleman was actually blocking us from so many profits, they wouldn't be bankrupt and they wouldn't be trying to drop us.
  5. Thankfully there is (hopefully) no way we can afford him and he won't be back. All the hype around him being so great this year and his OPS was still under .800 and we have absolutely no business giving a massive contract to someone with this kind of wild inconsistency.
  6. I doubt it...might make it even more unlikely. Reality is these streaming services don't want to pay a ton of money for the rights to distribute the games. It was a lot more lucrative to have when you either had to use cable or satellite TV. Now you have like 10 different options to watch TV. It is tough to sell that as a very valuable thing to add to your service and still make enough sense for MLB to not just get people to direct stream with them. The only reason to keep pushing it on cable/satellite is for the dinosaurs that watch games. I guess we will see, but I won't hold my breath it is magically going to pop up on Youtube TV any time soon.
  7. For us to get the ball back and matter? Agreed. Giving the Ram 10-14 seconds? Definitely something that could matter.
  8. We did everything possible to help the Rams.
  9. We just snapped the ball with over 10 seconds left on the play clock.
  10. Insanely bad play calling. Yikes
  11. Ehhh, I don’t know if they would play it that conservative and in theory they could have got it back with 3+ minutes still.
  12. Can’t say he really had to earn that INT, but hey, if Stafford give a gift…one shall take it.
  13. Kraft was not interested in being stopped
  14. MLF, the explanation is your QB is the second dumbest in the NFL only behind Will Levis…so you lost 13 yards
  15. Jordan Love, Temu version of Brett Favre.
  16. I’m glad it worked, but yah, not a great throw on 2nd down.
  17. Crazy hot take. He is easily a Top 15 QB if he had a decent line. His line isn’t just bad…it’s VERY VERY bad. That isn’t going to make any QB look good, let alone an older less mobile one.
  18. Biggest power hitter and you refuse to just walk him. Clowned
  19. I am way too young to admit this, but I strained my neck so hard freaking out over the Mitchell homer last night that I wanted to cry going to bed and could barely move my neck all day.
  20. I poured my first drink right before the bottom of the 7th. The Brewers made it extra tasty.😂
  21. Am I the only one not nervous? This feels poetically destined to happen from what has gone on the last like 10 innings of baseball.
  22. Nope and I’m guessing the goal was for him to pitch the 8th. He may still…but that a rough Diaz with lots of pitches tonight.
