  1. I’m glad it worked, but yah, not a great throw on 2nd down.
  2. Crazy hot take. He is easily a Top 15 QB if he had a decent line. His line isn’t just bad…it’s VERY VERY bad. That isn’t going to make any QB look good, let alone an older less mobile one.
  3. Biggest power hitter and you refuse to just walk him. Clowned
  4. I am way too young to admit this, but I strained my neck so hard freaking out over the Mitchell homer last night that I wanted to cry going to bed and could barely move my neck all day.
  5. I poured my first drink right before the bottom of the 7th. The Brewers made it extra tasty.😂
  6. Am I the only one not nervous? This feels poetically destined to happen from what has gone on the last like 10 innings of baseball.
  7. Nope and I’m guessing the goal was for him to pitch the 8th. He may still…but that a rough Diaz with lots of pitches tonight.
  8. Bright side it took Diaz 20 pitches to get those outs.
  9. Putting Diaz in is definitely over managing.
  10. Murphy in the bathroom right now reading the game thread. Y’all want to play checkers, Murphy says chess.
  11. Honestly, they probably are pretty interchangeable. Frelick doesn’t K that much versus lefties…Mitchell is dang near 50%. Id much rather start the guy likely to put the ball in play and stash the MUCH more valuable PHer for later in the game.
  12. Third shot at scoring a leadoff baserunner…odds are eventually we would score one.
  13. Umpires zone is halfway to the Brewers dugout.
  14. Cubs need to sign this announcer. Every flyball is exciting to him.
  15. That is an insanely lazy catching stance with a decently speedy guy on first.
  16. The bottom of our lineup isn’t good and it doesn’t help we basically have to start 2 lefties. Ideally we can at least bother Quintana enough to get him out of the game in 5 or less.
  17. Man….to stay composed after a lead off double your defense could have erased is impressive. Even got a strikeout after going behind 3-0. Hopefully he can have some easier innings coming up. A lot of wearing for a really well pitched inning.
  18. This series would probably already be over without the chokejob defense.
  19. How is Bally holding up blackouts? Bally was essentially nationally streaming their games as is. Either you were out of market and could pay $150 to watch the Brewers on MLB.TV or you were in market and could watch them for $20 a month. Which was $120 a total for April-September. $140 if you can't fit the full season in a 6 month window. I also don't know if this is actually good for the Brewers at all...maybe even bad. If it wasn't profitable for Bally and they are dropping all these teams...it is going to magically be an amazing concept once we control it? I mean, sure, not bankrupt middleman to deal with...but is it going to be a financial gain for the Brewers? I don't know how commercial contracts works, but maybe this will allow us to keep more up to date on revenues. Right now we sign these big TV deals and by the end of it they are horrendous and outdated. Guess we shall see.
  20. The former Brewer 3B prospect, Lucas Erceg, got the save for the Royals.
