  1. No one knows what’s going on..... so we still can get paper tickets? Ticket windows will give paper, no where else will give paper. That simple. Oddly while I was searching for my reps email I stumbled upon a 2019 email for renewal that mentioned 2019 postseason and 2020 regular season would not have “print at home”...so the death of print at home was already a planned thing. I just can’t figure out the big deal with letting people print at home.
  2. I asked my rep about the early renewal concession gift card from 2020 (that obviously expired without use last season). He said those are toast, but they are offering it again for 2021. I’m not sure what that means as I didn’t recall them offering such for renewing for 2021...but none the less he said a new card would be soon on the way. Maybe he just meant they are resending them for the 2020 renewal.
  3. 11-15, feels like pitching often starts off sluggish and since that is the bread and butter of this team I think we struggle a bit.
  4. No, they just don't care. But...that is pretty common these days.
  5. It’s a joke, don’t take it so seriously.
  6. They have already announced it will be a thing. So now instead of catching COVID giving money to a cashier everyone will pile into a line and touch an ATM type machine in even more concentrated fashion. Why would that line be any different than the actual concession line? Because you now have everyone going through two lines just to make their one transaction. I am sure it is just another dumb thing the city required to make things work. I suppose you may protect the food workers minimally, but probably not that much more by banning money.
  7. They have already announced it will be a thing. So now instead of catching COVID giving money to a cashier everyone will pile into a line and touch an ATM type machine in even more concentrated fashion. Though maybe they will employ someone to sit their and spray the machine every 5 seconds to make it look like something effective is actually being done in all of this.
  8. I hate when the Oregon States of the world make it this far. It usually means an elite team gets a bye week to the Elite 8 or the Final Four. Lame.
  9. Probably haven't gotten a steak at a restaurant since I was a teen. The steaks often aren't great quality for the crazy prices. I am also very technical with how I like it cooked and the seasoning. If I get a pricier item at a restaurant I usually gravitate to things I wouldn't be inclined to make at home. Like at Red Lobster I get this pasta with mussels/scallops/lobster tail in it (not that I have gone to Red Lobster in 5+ years). I am just not going to go buy all that to make myself...or lamb ribs or duck breast.
  10. I mean it was either that or giving away free water somehow. The water fountains are probably going to be taped off and forcing people to buy $6 bottled water would be pretty terrible.
  11. No, it says you can go to the ticket window if for whatever reason mobile tickets is an issue. I am guessing you would get some type of physical ticket...I am guessing anyone buying on gameday would probably also get a physical ticket. The later I don't know for sure though.
  12. They didn't 'have to' do it that way, other teams are allowing it and other teams at least let you pick the section. Actually I just looked through about 10 teams and not a single one I looked at didn't at least let you pick the section. The Brewers also could figure out a promotional schedule and announce it for at least April...but again, they opt not to while other teams have.
  13. It is not an option when checking out and is not an option in your ticket account. I do not think it is possible, period.
  14. This has always been the case for Brewers pre-sales so that wasn't surprising...unfortunately it looks like the Brewers were too lazy to change things back to the normal way once the pre sales were done. Other teams are still doing it where you can pick any seat. Oh well, I can't say the Brewers handling of everything since COVID has been overly impressive anyway.
  15. Actually, one of the biggest problems is one person having all the tickets on one phone. I have ran into it before where I had to go rescue my wife because they wouldn't let her to our field level seats one game because she didn't have the ticket on her phone. Yah, you can send them the ticket or a picture of the ticket...not a big deal if you have a smart phone. However, not really going to work on a flip phone or if you don't have a phone with you at all. Younger kids that are old enough to go out on their own, but not old enough to have a smart phone would also be a notable group that wouldn't have any proof of where they are suppose to sit.
  16. They are really good, in my opinion. Especially for anyone who likes a nice soft/squishy raised doughnut and their fillings are top notch. Their cake doughnuts aren't as special though. Better than the garbage served at Dunkins...nasty frozen doughnuts that come on a truck. A Krispy Kreme can still be good 3+ days later, Dunkin...lucky if it tastes good the first day. Krispy Kremes are made fresh and the taste matches. I will never understand the appeal of Glazers...I get Kwik Trip is the greatest thing on earth for people who have never left the WI borders, but those glazed doughnuts taste pretty close to any other boxed glazed doughnut I have ever gotten from a gas station.
  17. For the same reason you pick up food/drinks/etc. anywhere else....convenience and not needing to spend $50+ for all the supplies. You could cook up your own steak for a fraction of the cost versus what Texas Roadhouse charges (and make it taste way better), but there is a reason the Texas Roadhouse parking lot is always loaded when I drive by. Why pay $3 for a soda from McDonalds when you could almost buy a 12 pack for that at the store? I wouldn't personally buy to-go cocktails, but I could see why someone might...especially if the place make some fancy bloody mary or old fashioned. Heck, people were getting to-go beer from bars at the start of the pandemic. People love convenience. They can get their beer and food in one stop.
  18. I thought they could, it just couldn't already be mixed. So it was basically a 'make your own cocktail' kit.
  19. Pathetic was that review that “looked like” it ‘probably’ brushed his shorts. That’s pathetic and not the purpose of review. What a joke. That game was incredible till review came and caused an endless delay at the end...then after the garbage overturn they went and blew a call on Alabama when they got fouled, but didn’t call it.
  20. You certain you didnt accidentally buy two? I did not double buy, I checked for that. That was my first thought, but this, quantity of one.
  21. Of course if you stand by the place where people need to go to resolve their issue, you’ll only hear people complaining about it. Nobody is going to head over to the ticket window to say, “mobile tickets worked just fine for me today.” I’m not sure your point? All I’m saying is numerous people have problems with mobile tickets. I didn’t say most, 90%, 50%, or even 10%. That was in a time where people had the choice to not have mobile tickets...now people who know it isn’t their thing will have to struggle with it whether they want to or not.

  23. Alright, so I bought a ton of stuff online at Home Depot because I had an online coupon (trimmer, mower, grill). Now I could have just done store pickup, but I decided to be lazy and just let it all come to my front doorstep. So my first item arriving was the trimmer and umm...they sent me an extra one. An extra $200 trimmer. Not sure I have ever gotten an accidental free gift before, usually I just get the wrong item.
  24. Yah...I get why they don’t have it...until the fact it is the only beer thing they decide to not have anymore.
