  1. I don't think Frelick is shocked nor wondering. I think he understands how service time works and how prospects have been handled for the past decade+. Hence, why the guys said he was going to start the year at AAA before spring training even started.
  2. NPOY was on a #1 seed, COTY was a #2 seed, the reigning champions were a #1 seed, Drew Timme/Mark Few as a #3 seed, Izzo with Michigan St, and Calipari with Kentucky. That isn't to say the teams within the Final Four didn't earn it, none of them really had a cupcake walk outside of I guess FAU. It's just, they make up an incredibly boring Final Four with nothing to really cheer for. If we quizzed people on these teams prior to the start of the tournament people wouldn't have been able to name the coach or a single player on the teams. Collectively there is only one team with any kind of real relevance in basketball. It is what it is. It is like if the Brewers played the Mariners in the World Series. Nothing against those teams, but no one outside of those two locals would ever actually want that to happen.
  3. I’m trying to be interested in this Final Four, but it just isn’t really interesting. The fact it is all lower seeds makes it a bit boring. None of them are exactly Cinderella’s, I suppose maybe FAU…but hardly a great storyline. The lack of high seeds lacks the elite coaches/players as apart of the storyline. Honestly, I feel like I’m watching the NIT or some lesser tournament because of it.
  4. Wouldn’t be shocked if he is out a few days after that for precautionary reasons. Sure his arm isn’t going to feel great and have a solid bruise.
  5. They will. Pretty clear sign as no one has worn it since he retired. I was pondering when, I don’t know usually when teams like to do it. Regardless of his PED issue, he 110% should have his number retired. One of the best and longest tenured Brewers we have and will ever have the way baseball is these days.
  6. He never ran hard and then just decided to…do…nothing. Pretty poor defense.
  7. I haven’t participated in many IGTs the last few years as I refused to buy cable…but usually when I say this it is either praying for a jinx or a stab at the perpetual eeyores. Unless it is September. Then I am probably a true eeyore when they suck. Also, you must be pretty new. Because we have had some magnificent Debbie downers over the years that call games over in the first three innings constantly.
  8. Yelich would be the only Brewers MVP to not get their number retired. But I can’t imagine any fan wanting to see it happen the way this is going to turn out.
  9. I could have never imagined after signing that extension that Yelich would play so poorly that his #22 would probably not get retired. Somehow…he is making that a pretty realistic reality.
  10. Better than a lose like he seemed to get often.
  11. WE DON’T SUCK! World Series here we come!!
  12. I picture pasta driving one of the ice things in hockey
  13. I cannot wait to watch us choke away this opportunity and score zero.
  14. If we canceled every windy day in Chicago, baseball would never get played.
  15. I am shocked the Brewers the last few years haven’t broken every scoreless related record in franchise history. Looks like one still existed.
  16. He is fine…just fine. He is very fringe starter. The problem is when the announcer says he is the guy to hope for to make something happen. That’s a lil problematic.
  17. I don’t know why anyone thought the offense was going to be magically better. It’s a collection of the same players, rookies, and some fodder stuff we pulled out of the garbage bin. Voit, Miller, Anderson. Literally all trash players last year. The optimism is mostly because it is the start of the year and the rookies haven’t proven to suck like the above players yet. Maybe this offense becomes something hey Aug/Sept…but I don’t expect pretty results early on. Gotta pray some rookies have big years.
  18. BA…there is no way Woodruff is throwing 100+ his first start.
  19. Right, I don’t see any issue with the weather. The rain is moving out of the area
  20. Why would they not play?
