  1. Not a joke this time?
  2. Brewers were swept in their opening series back in 2011. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEY World Series here we come.
  3. I would have preferred the 4-2 loss vs. this. Nice inning by Axford though...control was amazing.
  4. He's face 7 batters this year and struck out 4 of them while giving up one HR. I'd take that any day of the week. This year....I am talking about in the past...not a few innings this year.
  5. Hey speaking of RR sucking how about putting K-Rod in a non save situation which he has proven he fails in often. Ahhh....great start to the season.
  6. starting right where he left off. K-Rod is garbage. way too many homers...
  7. The whole team has looked like crap outside of Lind and Peralta. Almost every hit so far from this team has been a weak grounder or light floater into the OF. Absolute horrid offense.
  8. I know a lot of people were all excited last year, but I am extremely skeptical. He just goes up there and chucks the ball really hard...not much control. I don't know if he will have the consistency to be reliable over a full season. Though he wouldn't be the first hard thrower with not much control to be really good.
  9. I will resist being mad over this situation. It is his first start of the season and 90 pitches is enough. Last thing we want is the only person to pitch a good game to get arm fatigue etc.... Yeah, I'm not mad. Wily didn't need to go longer in his first start. Just same old RRR managing by the book in every situation, and then mismanaging the pitcher he goes with in the 8th because Broxton is the 8th inning guy... I get what you are saying though. Mid Season it would have been the same way.
  10. This team is so messed up the way it is coached and after last seasons collapse I could easily see 90+ losses once/if they trade off in July.
  11. I will resist being mad over this situation. It is his first start of the season and 90 pitches is enough. Last thing we want is the only person to pitch a good game to get arm fatigue etc....
  12. Cant wait for the cheap tickets. At least something good will come out of this team.
  13. So let me get this straight. A run with the pitcher on deck and now a homer off a 0-2 pitch....this team just isn't the brightest.
  14. The prices start to move around after the 4th inning. The only one that really went down is the Sec 110 that was down to approx. $20 I am going to be honest here I probably will use this feature just to know what seats to sneak down to. Get past security and you are home free.
  15. Stupid the Bucks get priority over the Brewers. Now I get to watch nothing(no alternate channel as i have no receiver).
  16. I thought it was weird yesterday because I went to check an hour early and it kicked me out after approx. a minute. Must have glitched and let everyone in who tried. I have been considering a 20 game plan and that is an interesting perk that is never mentioned.
  17. It looks like prices do tend to change every game for some areas...here are some prices I found just prior to first pitch. You can get all these options as at least a pair so not just a random loner seat. Section 327 Row 2=$17.60 to upgrade. Section 110 Row 2=$40 Section 114 Row 18=$23.20 Section 220 Row 1=$20 Not much of a deal today, but there are some nice Loge level seat you can get. The one listed above is first row behind home...Even the diamond box seats also look like they could be a decent deal occasionally. I know yesterday they had some tickets directly behind the Brewers dugout only 3 rows back for the same $40 upgrade as today.
  18. I like how everyone is not picking Gomez, but fails to(mostly) mention how bad the team is in general. I don't know what they coach in practice, but it isn't cmvery good. Not to mention Sedar should shoulder a lot of blame. As far as missing cutoffs throws...Khris Davis is who you should be worried about....he barely can get it to the infield.
  19. I haven't seen it really advertised anywhere, but on the MLB.com BallPark App they actually have a section where you can upgrade your ticket for a fee. I haven't looked into it with much detail, but it looks like you can do it for any game with the upgrading opportunity starting a couple hours before start time. The cost to upgrade seems to depend on game, area you are upgrading to, and availability in that section. Today for the field level it was $40 to get into the diamond box(edge of infield), $23 for field infield, and the cheapest was the Club Infield coming in at $7. It is an interesting concept and may save some cash if you buy some bargain terrace tickets off StubHub or get the cheap Friday bleacher seats as your primary ticket.
  20. They are struggling to get support for just a simple $500mil arena so naturally something 2x more expensive is being thrown around? From the looks of it there is no chance the public considers helping so where exactly would $500mil come from?
  21. I'm not sure how any Wisconsin fan can complain about refs after the majority of people think Wisconsin was seriously aided in the Kentucky game. Stop complaining about a bad call when they were given generous calls going their way multiple times during the tourney.
  22. knowing the defense Garza has...he probably made the right choice.
