    Honestly who cares if Braun wants to stay, he'll always be remembered for his PED use.. Trade him for the best prospect

    Lucroy and Villar aren't even in the top 5 for all star voting in their positions.. Braun is no.5 outfielder... a whole bunch of cubbies, even jorge soler is sitting pretty at no.6 lol

    Id love to see Villar get in, would be great to see Lucroy make an all star game as his last year as a Brewer. Braun obviously just needs to stay healthy Otherwise, no one else really deserves it

    Yeah, Stearn has been great, Villar and Carter were basically free and not much of a drop off if any to Segura and Davis who we got actual prospects for.. Hell, Hill might actually fetch us some lottery tickets Happy with what he's done so far

    I wouldn't touch that deal Taking Prince Fielders contract alone should net us a very good prospect or two, thats an insane amount of money for a guy who looks to be a shell of his former self. Throw in Lucroy and carter and it's just overpay imo.. Both are making dirt too.

    I don't get the tanking thing in the MLB, I get it for the NFL and NBA but there just isn't a unanimous top players in most mlb drafts.. Id rather have players do well and get the most trade value

    Cafardo is always wrong, he's not a good source. And that trade makes no sense for the Brewers obviously

    pretty much, i think braun will be here for a long time... Maybe a salary for salary + prospect trade could work.. Braun for Prince Fielder + a prospect or Braun for Sandavol + prospect He needs to show he can stay healthy at least for a few months

    If he gets traded it would be during winter meetings imo but he can't show to stay healthy anyways so hes probably gonna be here for awhile

    I'm pro trade Lucroy, just not for Gallo as a main piece as the guy above said, especially if we're taking an awful contract back

    I don't think it is as impressive as some think(while picking up lots of money), but I am not the biggest Gallo fan. Then again the experts call him a Top 10 prospect so maybe I just don't appreciate the potential. I just don't see him being more than a .250 hitter, lots of power, and a boatload of K's. I realize he could put it together and be a superstar...but I just don't like the odds. That being said those experts(and most GMs) probably love him and value him highly which would make that prospect combo an amazing addition to the farm. That's mainly the reason I don't like this deal, I too am not high on Gallo and Tate is not a deal maker for me, he's struggling a bit in double A 80 million + lucroy for them is a huge overpay imo

    I think he'll be traded next season if the Brewers have another stinker.. I hope Lind is traded in the Winter and K rod traded sometime this month
