  1. Just wondering, have players appeared in MLB before playing i the futures game before?
  2. I was able to stream from my at bat app and easily streamed it via chromecast. Im pretty sure any of the streaming sticks work this way. Also i dont mind a little change up from the norm once in a while. There have been too many of these though, should be 3-4 times per year.
  3. Well good news is we could have Cain, Yelich and Salad man as early as tomorrow.
  4. Do we know why Keston missed two straight games?
  5. Didn’t say they didn’t. But thinking you are going to take a bunch of questionable value guys and throw them all together to get a 4 WAR player is a dream. You are starting with Burnes or Peralta. No way around that. If you are centering it around Woodruff and Phillips said team must value those guys a lot. Both of them are trending downward in general. The interest in Merrifield makes me wonder if the Brewers are as high on him as some fans are. Seems like a stretch that they are going to acquire Merrifield and then flip him in the winter to open up a spot for Hiura. Getting Merrifield = Hiura Traded...in my opinion. I doubt they would move either to a corner outfield spot. Merrifield's ceiling is a 4 WAR player. Imo saying hes a legit 4 WAR player is bunk because he hasnt shown that he can be one over an entire season yet, although he did have a nice first half. Dude has pretty large R/L splits. Hes definately an upgrade and wont come cheap but an offer of Woodruff, Domingo and Dubon gets it done.
  6. Not sure how thats "not close" , i think thats pretty close given his injury history. A top 30, top ~70, former top 100 whos shown can have MLB success (albeit struggling this year) and a top 5 pick from two years ago whos turning it around. Maybe another lotto or something but were overpaying with more imo. I could see another top flight prospect (like brinson this time last year) if the dude didnt have signuficant injury risk.
  7. This would be the absolutely worst time to trade Zach
  8. Done I trust stearns but dealing for noah is a huge risk imo.
  9. I think Braun or Yelich hit the DL today unless one of them can come back for sundays game.. cant play the 23 man game.
  10. Gross, if thats the cost theres better (cheaper) options out there. I dont think the brewers would want to pay that much for a utility guy since Keston hopefilly has his name on 2B next year.
  11. A man likes to dream i guess haha.
  12. This dude is a stud and is pretty cheap until 2020. Would cost a lot but i think hed be the answer to our MI problems. The angels are most likely out of it (Ohtani injury with the mariners and red sox/yanks taking the 2 WC spots this year). Brewers recieve: SS Andrelton Simmons Angels recieve: SS Orlando Arcia, P Freddy Peralta, OF Corey Ray He meets our competing window. Angels get pitching and OF depth plus Orlando to fill their hole at short.
  13. Cain Yelich Aguilar Shaw Braun Villar Pina Sogard Woodruff
  14. There's something to be said about team chemistry and i dont think trading arguably our best hitter this year on a 36-21 team is the best route. Unless it's for a TOR type, no way.

  16. 2nd most wins in MLB
  17. I mean i think Shaw was a fleecing in himself tbh. Especially with the bullpen depth we have right now.
  18. Super small sample size but every player we traded Miami is starting out awful or hasn't made a start (Moto)
  19. Ya if we sign Cobb in the next few days, ill be a 100% believer. It seemed like the Yelich news he dropped was already being talked about when it happened so im still skeptical. Nothing imminent is connecting the Brewers and Cobb right now from what i can find besides him.
  20. Several teams need OF at this point: Notably: Cleveland Arizona Tampa Others. What does Tampa need in the OF? Like the Brewers they are 4 deep now before adding Santana. https://www.thescrumsports.com/rays/kiermaier-souza-will-anchor-solid-outfield-2018/ May be helpful to see how Rays view their OF. I think his true value comes as a DH. Maybe they see him as that with the ability to play out there if needed. I could see him as a 4 fWAR type offensive player which would make him a top 3ish DH
  21. I don't see the point of this deal, just thought it might be worth mentioning in here. It has no point. Kemp is garbage. I have no idea why they'd even entertain doing this. The only thing I can figure is that high end prospects or Grandal would be coming back the Brewers' way along with Kemp. maybe theyll throw in Kershaw
  22. HH19 you said earlier in the week they expect him to sign by Monday. Is that still true?
