    Does it really matter if Suppan is the number 2 or number 4? Other than the number 5, who gets skipped occasionally, it doesn't seem to make much difference between 1-4 in my opinion. What if Sheets wasn't ready to pitch until Sunday, would that make him the number 3?

    There have to be at least two runners on base for the infield fly. I was wondering if there were runners on first and second if the ball was hit high enough to have called the infield fly. If not, it would have been a sure triple play.

    With Dmitri running, they would have had a shot. I think Rickie should have at least fielded it and they would have gotten an out and saved a run. It was would have taken a good play to glove it but not a web gem.

    The difference in the game is their CF lays out to prevent two runs from scoring and our 2B couldn't execute a medium difficulty DP.

    Here is a link to one of the most unbelievable games that I remember. I wasn't at the game but I remember going to my dad's softball game that night and hearing everybody talk about it. The game was tied 22-22 after 9 innings! Look at some of the pitching lines. Ouch. It would be interesting to see what some to the ERA's were before the game.
