Very excited for the game today, and I have a feeling it will go right down to the final at bat. I would love for the Crew to get a few runs early. Let’s Gooooooooo!

I still think I would go Anderson for 3 and then Peralta for 2 turning it over to the pen after that. If we can get 2-3 runs early that would be huge.

Do we know what time the game would be? I see 4:09 EST for the LA-COL game.

I would go with Anderson and then Peralta / Woodruff making it a pen day.

Would really be nice for the Crew to jump out to a big lead and be able to pitch Peralta, Lyles, Jennings, and Alberts. A 9-2 win coupled with a Cubs loss would be ideal. I’ll probably keep tabs on the Packers game but my focus will be baseball.

I think if Gio can get us 5-6 range we could go with some combination of... Woodruff, Cedeno, Barnes, Knebel, Jeffress to finish the game.

Will the MLB ever adopt a schedule like the NBA where they play every team each season? Living in MD I would love to see the Crew come and play in Baltimore. Even if they had to alternate home/away every other season it would be better than what they have now I have been in MD for 12 years and can’t remember the last time they played in Baltimore.

I could see Shaw being dealt to the O’s as part of that trade.

I like this move a lot. If they get Britton they are actually making 2 moves as it would allow Burnes to go into the rotation. With Suter now out this move makes sense to me.

Pretty impressive debut was solid after first couple innings.

Cubs got 2 in the 7th. 3-2 Nats going into the 8th shaky bullpen for the Nats this season.

Dylan Bundy's next start was just pushed back by a few days... 2+2 = 5? I had the thought that maybe Bundy with O'Day or something like that. I don't think it will be Bundy and he has to be close to his inning limit this year anyway. I could see one of the bullpen arms but would be surprised if it was for Bundy. -
Yes I live in Ellicott City. I'm going to 25-26 game when the Crew play the Nats. Would definitely be down to get together and catch a game sometime.

Solid outing from Garza today would be great. Big road trip coming up for the crew so a sweep today would be ideal. Cubs are playing well out of the break so far, I'll be at Camden today hoping to see Quintana get knocked around.
