    I would have like to see Civale start today and use Ross yesterday. Hopefully we can get some runs early and take some pressure off Montas. Bullpen has to be much better today.

    All road teams win Game 1 with the exception of the Padres. Will be interesting to see what teams can force a game 3.

    Let Ashby and Mears finish this off and know next 2 are must win.

    I said please just walk him because he is going to make us pay…. Bases clearing triple I guess is better than the 3 run HR I thought was coming. Hopefully we have Ashby up as I don’t see us getting more than 3 innings.

    Yea, I am not sure why he had Williams pitch the 9th to begin with. Why bring McGill back from the IL if not going to pitch him.

    I was thinking we would go 2-2 against LA, I wasn’t expecting Rae to get rocked, but hopefully we can get these next 2.

    Well now he is reunited with Jesse Winker as the Mets just acquired him from the Nats.

    I was thinking the same except I went with Junis instead of Paredes.

    Not expecting a lot, but it can’t really hurt and we didn’t have to give up any prospects. This will allow Rodriguez to go to AAA and figure things out. He was probably losing confidence. It was unfortunate he was forced into the rotation this year to begin with.

    I might start Milner as the opener today as I would like the option of having Hudson or Koenig available later in the game and able to pitch more than 1 inning.

    Think they will rely on Wilson and Hudson to eat the bulk of the innings today. Hopefully we can get some runs early.

    Fun atmosphere at Camden Yards and great to see the Crew continue to drive in runs. Brewers are 4-0 in games my son has attended.

    My son and I are going to the game tonight. Love the new baseball schedule playing every team each year. Living in Maryland it was a long stretch since Milwaukee had been in town, now every other season is great. Young talented teams should make for some exciting baseball. Go Crew!!

    I saw 6-0 after 1 and thought they had traded Burnes to the Dodgers already.

    Definitely a disappointing end to the season. Early leads in both games and then no runs after that is very frustrating. I’m not sure if it was pressure but pitching was supposed to be our advantage and it was underwhelming. This off-season will be interesting to say the least. My son is a big O’s fan since he was was born here so while he was sad the Crew got eliminated he is excited to see what Baltimore can do.

Record: 84-78 Playoffs? No - Crew gets off to a slow start in April / most of May. Gets hot June - August, but lose 5 of last 7 to STL finishing 2 games back missing out on Division and WC.

    Right now unless able to find a good trade I think it makes the most sense to pencil Houser into the pen. As mentioned already a lot can happen between now and opening day, but the pen probably makes the most sense if no other starter is injured or traded. Bullpen to me is still a concern and Houser could be a good fit.
