    DODGERS BABY!!!!!! Any lead after six is pretty much a guaranteed victory for LA.

    If this opening at bat is any indication, Rich Hill is in for a short night. He wasn't even close on most of those pitches. And yes, those patches are horrible.

    I know they can't do this, but I think the Astros should go with their throwback uniforms from the 80s to give this series a feel of the old NL West rivalry.

    7-0 Dodgers in the third inning!!! Kiki Hernandez grand slam!!!! Kershaw on the mound plus one of the best bullpens in baseball, dare I say this series is over?

    This is one reason why I'm finding playoff baseball to be unwatchable lately, even with my secondary team Dodgers playing. All these stepping off, mound visits from the catcher, mound visits from the pitching coach, excessive pitching changes, the games take about a week and a half to complete, and most of these games have been low scoring. MLB really has to take a stand against this stuff, toughen up and shorten these games somehow. It's ridiculous.

    Dodgers announce SS Corey Seager not on NLCS roster because of back injury. Their late season slump coincided with his absence. Gee whiz, the Cubs just catch break after break.

    If somebody paying more attention than I am can help me, how is it that Scherzer didn't pitch until Game 3 and thus, not starting tonight? Because Gio Gonzalez is about to get lit up in this elimination game.

    Now we know why Villar has been riding the pine all this time. Won't be sorry to see him go. Just a mental midget.

    Our bullpen has been pretty darn good this season. The bullpen was the least of our problems this year. IMO it was the lack of getting key hits with RISP and thus not being able to add on runs later in the games. It was good the second half of the season. It was atrocious the first half. Don't know what happened during the All Star Break where both the offense and the pitching did an absolute 180.

    For once this isn't about the Cardinals. This is about another Brewers failure to stomp on someone's neck and put away a team. Sitting on early leads and losing them late is the summary of the 2017 Brewers. A 6 run lead should be enough for the pitching to hold. Yes it should, but more often than not it's been the offense that has mailed it in after an early lead thinking their job was done.
