If he were to waive his 10-5 rights, what about Max Scherzer? They would arguably have the best rotation in baseball for the postseason, I personally can’t imagine it would be too lofty of a price if the Nationals are reasonable. -

I was looking through teams non roster invitees and found out that Trey Supak was on the Athletics. Was this discussed or brought up in brewers media? I don’t recall about that transaction at all.

Twitter and Reddit has blown up with “Burnes to white Sox” and I was wondering what you guys thought. The Sox and brewers have made plenty of trades together recently, I’m not sure the brewers would let Burnes go.

Do you really want to win a World Series in a 60 game season though? I get that a World Series is still an accomplishment but it would always be attached to the shortened season and could lose credit.

I have heard that the Brewers are very wary of adding contracts beyond the current CBA (which runs through 2021). It doesn't mean we won't add someone beyond 2 years - but it's unlikely. This is very fringy information (know someone who knows someone type of stuff) - so don't take it as gospel. It does, however, gel with how this off season has been going with regards to roster construction. They must think some drastic changes are bound to happen

Unlikely to happen but wanted to open up this discussion. Two way player who is regarded as one of the best Cuban prospects in a while. Plenty of teams have spent big money already so could be an opportunity for the brewers.
